This lovely place is run by the wonderful Ross and Miranda — a warm, educated couple who manage their family business with genuine care. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like guests and more like relatives. Their hospitality is natural and effortless, and I'm sure they treat every visitor with the same kindness. The home is clean, safe, and especially suitable for families. Whatever we needed, Ross and Miranda were quick to help and always made us feel comfortable. Their attentiveness and friendly nature truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a homely and welcoming Airbnb experience.

Это настоящий идеальный домик в деревне с потрясающим видом, где каждая деталь пропитана уютом. Тёплое и мягкое постельное бельё, пушистые одеяла — словно объятия заботливой бабушки. Кухня на первом этаже — настоящая деревенская сказка: красивая, уютная, душевная. Хозяин и его семья удивительно радушны и гостеприимны. Здесь мы отдохнули не только телом, но и душой, почувствовав себя как дома.

Прекрасно провели время с семьей. Не виделись 2 года. Отличное место для того, чтобы собраться со всех концов земли.

Mzia was a very welcoming and kind host! She made us feel right at home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house offered a beautiful view of Batumi and a very cozy and peaceful atmosphere in nature. They offered us some of their homemade wine and were always willing to help. Wonderful people and wonderful stay! I’d highly recommended :)

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

Жилье находится на территории церкви, с отдельным входом. Очень ухоженный зеленей двор и чистые комнаты . Беседка на открытом воздухе добавляет уюта. Рядом магазины, где продают все необходимое . В 7 минутах есть аквапарк при отеле и выход к морю. Спасибо за гостеприимство !

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

Красивая крыша с потрясающим видом добавила атмосферы. Удобная парковка была большим плюсом. Особо хочу отметить хозяина, который всегда был на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Рекомендую это место для отдыха!

Апартаменты очень чистые и уютные, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: обеденный стол и отдельное рабочее место, что особенно удобно при длительном пребывании. Хозяин всегда на связи, быстро отвечает и идёт навстречу - нам разрешили заехать раньше и выехать позже, за что отдельное спасибо. Из минусов - высокая слышимость, слышно о чем разговаривают соседи за стеной. Нам не повезло и рядом были шумные жильцы. В остальном все отлично.

We had a nice time. The grounds are very walkable. We came during off season so only one of the pools were open, but there wasn’t many people, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. Мы снимали квартиру Ираклия более чем пол года. За это время мы много раз общались с Ираклием и убедились что он человек на которого можно смело положиться. Ираклий всегда был очень отзывчивым и шел нам на встречу. Квартира хорошо расположена - в непосредственной близости располагаются множество магазинов и кафе. До моря можно дойти за 10-15 минут. Хорошая транспортная доступность. В квартире есть все необходимое даже для длительного проживания - посуда, бытовая техника - все исправно работает. Квартира оснащена индивидуальным отопление и кондиционером. Квартира чистая и удобная. Горячо рекомендуем останавливаться у Ираклия.

Nice accommodation with a beautiful garden near Batumi. A good option if you want to reboot and relax in nature. But this is not a separate house, but the top floor of a private house, the owners live on the lower floors. There is a lot of space, 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioners. The owner of the house was very nice and welcoming, she gifted fruits from the garden and home-cooked meals. We were also greeted by a beautiful bouquet of garden flowers, fruits and sweets. Несколько раз оставался в Батуми в апартаментах, но эта квартира наиболее уютная и просторная. Прекрасно продувается за счёт сквозняков, хорошо освещена. Есть всё необходимое, включая посуду, кондиционер, утюг, гладильную доску, просторный шкаф и так далее. Хозяева гостеприимные люди, очень приятные в общении. Фото соответствуют реальности, но балкон, на самом деле, даже уютнее. Из недостатков могу отметить только слабый wi-fi. Впрочем для отдыха это пустяки!

Аккуратные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Внутри идеальная чистота. Есть вся посуда. В доме запрещено курить и это прекрасно😍 Всё соответствует фотографиям. Приятный, тихий район, парк рядом, магазины круглосуточные рядом и кафе. Замечательный хозяин, который всегда был на связи. Спасибо большое! Наш отдых удался.

We had a great week at the seaside, and this wonderfully located, clean, comfortable home was central to it. We were a large group with three children under 2, and it was a wonderful place for us to stay. The sea is only about a 10 minute walk, and there are several things to do with small children right on the same block. I highly recommend staying here, and thank you to our hosts!
