Also on the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen and shower room with shower, washbasin & WC. Outside there is an enclosed garden with picnic bench & BBQ. Shared games room with table tennis and pool table.

Dating back to 1695 (as engraved on the fireplace in the kitchen), the cottage retains many original features but has been sympathetically modernised. The cottage resides within our farm, Terrace Farm with open countryside and panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells and numerous Wainwrights including Melbreak, Whiteside, Low Fell, Hopegillhead to name but a few.
