With its coastal location, just a 20 minute drive to the Lakes, this cosy home is perfect for those wanting to explore the Lake District, get some sea air and enjoy a charming rural getaway. Nestled in the tiny hamlet of Broughton Beck just 40 minutes to the centre of the Lake District, the Stable is a peaceful retreat away from the crowds and is a perfect base to explore the Southern Lake District and Morecambe Bay Peninsulas. Situated on the lower ground floor of a traditional 200 year old Cumbrian Bank Barn the Stable has charm and character yet modern day comforts. Nearby Ulverston, has regular festivals and many independent shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Our charming one bedroom cottage is located in Ulverston, South Lakes. The cottage itself has been recently renovated with brand new kitchen & bathroom featuring a waterfall shower! Other added amenities include dishwasher, free WiFi and Smart TVs. Located a short stroll from the centre of the busy market town you are close to a range of great independent pubs, restaurants and shops. With local bus and train services close by it makes a perfect base to explore the Lakes and surrounding areas.

The Black Dog Cottage - Cumbrian Countryside Stay
The Black Dog cottage is a charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property located in a quiet rural setting two doors down from the Black Dog Inn, outside the town of Dalton in Furness in the Cumbrian countryside. In 2021 the cottage was renovated creating open plan living on the ground floor, a double and single bedroom on the first with family bathroom and a master suite on the second, complete with ensuite. Off road parking is available at the front of the cottage and wifi available throughout.

Our home is close to both the Lakes and the sea, situated in the centre of the vibrant market town of Ulverston which is packed with a good variety of restaurants and non chain bars. The cottage was built in 1890 and is located in the heart of the town. The house has good kitchen stocked with all the basics, from herbs, condiments and even the odd tin of baked beans, so if you fancy cooking, you can!. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, friends and business travellers.

The Cumbria Way. Short walk to Centre of Ulverston
Situated on private grounds the converted rustic, small, stone built barn with adjoining kitchen, shower & toilet pod-NOTE TOILET IS NEXT DOOR TO THE SLEEPING AREA - SEE PHOTOS. The sleeping area has woodburning stove, 2 armchairs, chest of draws, radiator & superking sized bed (can be converted into 2 singles upon request). Surrounded by fields & 500 metres from the centre of the historic market town of Ulverston. It is situated 10 minutes from the start of the Cumbria Way walk.

The property has been refurbished and now offers modern open plan living. Some of the property's added extras include free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a coffee maker, and under floor heating in the bathroom. ☆This property is in ULVERSTON, CUMBRIA and not in Derbyshire.
