Direct Access to Cape Cod Bike Trail and National Seashore

Hospital Grade Clean upon your arrival. Sprawl out on a leather sectional sofa in a living area within an open layout interior boasting cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and charming decor. Cuddle up with a book or watch your favorite movie in the coastal master bedroom with en suite bath. Open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room. After a day at the beach, biking, hiking, create a gourmet meal in the well-equipped kitchen and serve on the shady deck. All this at the end of a round about abutting the bike trail. Completely Remodeled in 2017. Air Conditioning and Bike Tril. Summer Breeze offers a very open floor plan. Extremely clean and top of the line amenities such as cookware and appliances. Deck with high end Saber Induction Grill and seating for 6. The house is located at the end of a culdesac and adjacent to the bike trail and Cape Cod National Seashore. Open Living Room/Kitchen, two bedrooms (one with queen and one with 2 twins), full bath on first floor. second floor has master bedroom with king bed. Full walk out basement with laundry and area to store bikes/kayaks/beech equipment. Full access to house. Hosts are available by phone if needed. Set in the town of Eastham, the house is nestled in a grove of trees and directly adjacent to trailheads that lead into Cape Cod National Seashore. The Three Sisters Lighthouses, Coast Guard Beach, and Sunken Meadow are all a short drive away. Close to many bay and ocean beaches, Coast Guard and Marconi are nearest ocean beaches within 3 miles. Nearest Bay beaches are Absolutely no pets. All hardwood floors and leather furniture offer a very clean environment. Linens are provided at no cost, (sheets for all beds and one bathing towel and face cloth per guest as well as hand towels and kitchen towels) Linens are folded on each bed upon arrival. Upon departure, guests will start the laundry by putting one load in wash and dryer (detergent for linens is provided by owner) more information at property.

The Beach House - WALK to BEACH!

This is such a special place! Privacy like this is hard to find anywhere. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet this property offers on a dead-end road. Walk to First Encounter Beach! Voted one of the BEST bayside beaches annually!! Ride your bike to Orleans or Wellfleet on the bike trail. Or, just enjoy the lovely patio and outdoor fireplace.
