Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Favolosa casa singola all'interno di un giardino condiviso con altre due abitazioni. Villetta ben curata e servita da tutti i confort per un piacevole soggiorno in una delle zone più belle della Versilia. Location strategica poiché vicina al mare e al centro storico, facilmente raggiungibili entrambi ache a piedi e in bici , tramite la pista ciclabile di fronte all’abitazione stessa . Piscina ad uso condiviso con le altre due abitazioni.

Casetta Felice con Dipendenza

La Casetta si trova a 100 metri dall'ingresso della ciclabile del Parco La Versiliana tra Pietrasanta e Forte dei Marmi . Il mare è a soli 800 metri di ciclabile. La casetta è ristrutturata recentemente. Si trova in contesto tranquillo, ma vicino a tutti i servizi. E' costituita da un corpo centrale ed una dependance (camera e bagno) che facilita il soggiorno anche di due nuclei familiari. Cortesia assicurata.Bici per ospiti gratuite.

La terrazza sul Mare🌊è un piccolo appartamento appartenuto al mio tris nonno👴🏻, situato nel pittoresco porto di Riomaggiore. Spiaggia, centro, ristoranti, stazione e traghetti sono a poca distanza. Luogo unico dove trascorrere mattinate a bere un caffè e le serate sorseggiando un vino locale, ammirando alba e tramonto in prima fila!🌅🍷 *Se siete più di 2 persone consigliamo l’appartamento a famiglie! There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.
