Between Edale Valley and Hope Valley, at Hopevale Cottages we're surrounded by peaceful pasture and woodland, adjacent to National Trust land with direct access to many local footpaths including "The Great Ridge Walk". Derwent Valley offers a beautiful day out cycling, cycle hire available locally. Ultrafast broadband means you can work as well as walk (85 Mp)

The Pepper Pot Cottage at Rushop Hall

Nestling in the fabulous Peak District National Park, The Pepper Pot is tiny but perfect. It is the smallest cottage in the grounds of Rushop Hall but still manages to include a small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle along with a large, modern shower room and toilet on the lower floor. Upstairs The Pepper Pot has a snug double bedroom complete with wood burning stove and views out towards the stable yard. Free off road parking is provided. Breakfast in The No Car Cafe is an optional extra.

The Old Post House: Period Cottage in Edale

The Old Post House is a period cottage dating back to the early 1600s in the heart of Edale village. Fully renovated, maintaining original oak beams, stone window surrounds, period fireplace. Restored to a very high standard. Two minutes from pub, cafe, shop and start of Pennine Way. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, 2 with Superking or Twin, the 3rd is a double. 3 large bathrooms, Kitchen / Diner and separate cosy lounge with woodburner. Underfloor heating. Spectacular views of the surrounding hills.

Edale Moor Keeper's Cottage

A beautiful self-catering cottage in a Victorian Shooting Lodge at start of the Pennine Way, on a private working farm in the High Peak. Surrounded by open access national park moorland and meadows. It has 2 ensuite bedrooms with Hypnos mattresses and crisp white linen. A cosy open-plan well equipped living/dining/kitchen area has wifi and a TV. Just down the lane is Edale village with its pubs, cafes, national park visitor centre and train station (connecting Sheffield and Manchester).

Riverbank Cottage - Annex

Stay in this traditional 17th Century cottage, listen to the relaxing stream from your bedroom window before you enjoy all the jaw dropping scenery when you step out of the front door. Situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Castleton, right next to the stream and enjoying a superb location near the 6 local pubs and numerous cafes. Your double room, with en-suite shower room, lounge and kitchenette are self contained. Walk out of the door and be on a footpath within minutes.

The Nook - an idyllic rural bolt hole...

A sleeps two, barn conversion with original beams. The Nook is located at Back Tor Farm in the Edale Valley. We welcome all enquiries of three nights or more but do prefer Friday changeover dates. It is an essential part of our hosting terms that the person responsible for booking our property makes their full name and mobile number available to us in the Airbnb booking process. 3rd Party bookings are not acceptable. Your booking will be cancelled if this information is not provided.

The Old Winery Loft

Light, spacious 1 bedroom loft apartment. Stone built with stunning views of the surrounding hills. Double bedroom with TV and en-suite. Main living area has a large L shaped sofa which converts into a King sized bed. Dining table seating 4 comfortably, 42” smart TV; fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, Belfast sink and dish-washer. Porch with coat and boot racks, washing machine, and freezer. Bathroom number 2 is off the porch and includes a shower over the bath.

Hope Cottage is a traditional Derbyshire Gritstone cottage with original features, located in the tiny village of Sparrowpit. Set in an outstanding location with dramatic countryside views & overlooking Mam Tour, the cottage is a cosy ebode complete with log burner. Whether you are coming to see a show in the famous Buxton Opera House or to simply enjoy the countryside & fresh air then Hope Cottage is in a great location for it all, located half way between Buxton & The Hope Valley
