In the kitchen you can find kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, etc. provided, electric cooker, number of rings 4, oven, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher. Bathroom is equiped with toilet and a shower. Air conditioning included in the price and each room has it's own aircondition unit, Internet-TV, Internet (WLAN), use free of charge. Prices includes following: change of bedlinen (weekly), final clean at the end of your stay, usage of electricity, tax and water. Terrace is own private terrace in front up the stairs with gas grill. Outside area is shared garden 400 m2, barbecue gas and wood as well, free parking, children playground and garden furniture. Washing machine at the landlord.
