Our home is located halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! A fine choice to explore local area all year round this fully equipped and uniquely designed apartment on the first floor is located 10-15 min walk to the seashore. You'll have a nice balcony with a front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi, linen and washing machine. All taxes are included in the price.

Welcome to our lovely brand new apartment. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, with a terrace, garden and 5 minutes walking from the beach. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a big living room, bathroom and bedroom. The 55m2 apartment is located on the ground floor and have one bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (140x200) in the living room, so it's suitable for 4 persons. Air conditioning, heating, SAT TV, wi-fi included. Free parking is available for our guests.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Apartment is located in a family house, on the ground floor with its own garden with a sea view. In the garden there is a terrace with barbecue, deckchairs and an outdoor shower. The house is equipped with a baby bed and a baby feeder. You do not need to use a car to go to the beach because a beautiful pebble beach is 200 meters from the apartment.

Veliki otvoreni dnevni boravak i veliku kuhinju, gostima je na raspolaganju plinski roštilj te dvije terase na kojima se mogu relaksirati. Bazen je grijani.
