The apartment is located in Rotermann Quarter, which combines old industrial buildings and modern architecture, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, the harbor and Viru Center. From the balcony and roof terrace, there is a view to Rotermann Square, Old Town, and sea. There are several shops, restaurants in the quarter. The medieval Old Town is just around the corner. See hubane 37m2 majutuskorter asub vanalinna vahetus läheduses. Telliskivi loomelinnak jääb mõne minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusele kus asuvad rohked restoranid , pubid ja kohvikud. Toimub palju erinevaid üritusi. Läheduses mitu toidupoodi ja turg. Parkimine tasuta maja ees või hoovis. Trammipeatus kohe maja ees , hea ühendus lennujaama ja sadamaga. Rongi jaama jalgsi 3 minutit.
