Welcome to "Villa Esperanza". Only seconds to the beach! We are so happy to get to share our space with you. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room with seating for 10 people, an outdoor patio, hammocks, outdoor shower, and an above ground pool. Our beach home is airy, bright & beautifully decorated. The patio and backyard are fully fenced and large enough for all family activities. The home is located on a small gated community that consists of only 12 lots, very calm and private.

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

FavHermoso apartamento en la orilla del mar. Y con amplio patio. En la casa hay espacio para 12 huéspedes una cocina, cuenta con todas los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, no platos no tenedores, cucharas. Tiene cafetera y Cafe, azúcar. No hay agua caliente pero tampoco sale fría . Todos los cuartos tienen aire acondicionado .
