The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. I live upstairs with my dog. The basement has self check in entrance with keypad. I just renovated the basement so please keep in mind there might be some marks on the wall.
