I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

Mein Aufenthalt in Eggendorf war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und beinhaltet einen schönen Garten. Ingrid Monamona hat mir bereits vor der Buchung diverse Informationen gegeben und war auch während meines Aufenthalts sehr um mein Wohlergehen bemüht. Sie und ihr Mann waren sehr nett.

It was a pleasure to stay at Micheal’s place, everything was impeccable. He was a really attentive and friendly host, providing me suggestions for transportations, also providing me extra sheet when he noticed the temperature difference between the daytime and night. He made the room very cozy and comfortable to stay, and the place is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded with nature which is perfect for the nature lovers. Overall, I recommend it!

Günter ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und wir haben uns in seiner Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist viel größer und schöner, als die Bilder es vermuten lassen, perfekt ausgestattet und der Garten ist traumhaft ruhig und schön- die Kinder haben sich sehr über die Eiersuche draußen zu Ostern gefreut! Die Bahnen 40, 9, 41 und 42 halten in der Nähe und fahren in die Innenstadt. Es gibt einen Euro Spar direkt um die Ecke und einige Restaurants und Bäcker. Eine absolute Empfehlung von uns, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hello, We are family of three and had planned for Austria and Bratislava visit. We stayed at Drahoslava's place which is very good and as described in the photos, basement house was squeaky clean with all amenities. Drahoslava was kind to keep pack of milk ready which helped our daughter. Communication - Precise, helpful , friendly and detailed. Place - Spacious, Squeaky clean, Peaceful neighborhood, hassle free parking on road, matches with the photos, had all amenities. Drahoslava place is very close to Bratislava its about 20 -25 mins and can see Bratislava castle from the place. We had great stay and would definitely recommend. People with electric car and planning to visit Bratislava, Fast charging station is at Aupark P1 , OMZ charging station, charging station is at the back of OMZ way to car wash .

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz. Den Balkon konnten wir einmal zum Frühstücken nutzen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Schöne , ruhigeGegend und man gelangt schnell ins Zentrum. Bei Ankunft konnten wir unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft schon vor der offiziellen Check in Zeit abstellen . Beim Check out, konnten wir unser Gepäck auch länger in der Wohnung lassen, so konnten wir noch etwas die Stadt erkunden. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft. VG

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 fünfjähriges kind) haben uns in der Wohnung gleich wohlgefühlt. Öffis sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Mariella war immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell geantwortet. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war für uns der Parkplatz (in einer Garage) super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in dieser Unterkunft ist eine wahre Freude! Eine wunderschöne Villa, man sieht in jeder Ecke mit wie viel Liebe sie restauriert und renoviert wurde! Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Charm, die Küche ist großartig ausgestattet. Nicht nur die Villa sondern auch der Garten bieten so viele liebevolle Plätzchem zum verweilen. Der Kontakt mit Claudia& Manuela war einfach, schnell, zuvorkommend und einfach nett! Wir hoffen bald wieder zu kommen!

The house is spacious and perfect for families with kids. For those who love hiking and have their business around this part of Vienna, this place is the best alternative overall. It substituted our usual 5* hotel from 1st district due to better location (for us) and more spacious.

Seminarhaus Phönixberg is a place of power and inspiration. Ulrich is a great host with attention to detail and guests, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to communicate with Ulrich. The kitchen has everything you need, an excellent coffee maker and copper utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the view from the window is a million. My family wholeheartedly recommends this house.
