Welcome to our 50s house, in the middle of the deep forests of Dalsland. Within a few minutes walk you reach two different lakes with fantastic swimming and fishing opportunities. The house is beautifully situated on a hill in a garden with berry and rose bushes. From the house you have a beautiful view of Lake Östra Silen. This is the accommodation for those who want to live in the middle of nature with comfortable features. The house is under renovation which will be finished before check-in.

För dig som vill bo helt unikt i eget hus i kulturbygd, med hästar, katter och tillgång till natur och sjö. Du har egen uteplats med grill och mysig lekplats för barn. Du älskar närheten till bedårande vacker natur och vandringsleder. Du uppskattar att ha tillgång till fina skogsstigar och att kunna ta doppet i sjön. Du vill också se kultur. Vi visar gärna upp gården som restaurerats enligt gamla metoder. Det är nära till golfbana och pittoreska staden Arvika med konstmuseum och caféer.

Lillstugan ligger på en bondgård där det finns kossor,hönor,katter och hundar. Sängarna är bäddade och det finns frukost i kylskåpet när ni kommer. Lillstugan har 3 sängplatser på bottenvåningen och 3 på andra plan. Köket har diskmaskin, microvågsugn, kyl/frys, el-spis med ugn och vedspis. Tv-rum med soffa. Liten uteplats med trädgårdsmöbler och grill. Balkong med sittplatser. Det finns vägar och stigar i skogen där man kan gå eller cykla. Det är 300 m till en egen badstrand med brygga.

A beautiful place surrounded by forest and overlooking large meadows, pastures and a glittering lake. Lillstugan offers modern accommodation in inspiring surroundings. Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!

If you seek silence and solitude, this is the place for you. At this beautiful location you have the chance to reduce your everyday stress, and find your inner peace and strength. Forest bathing reduces blood pressure and anxiety levels, lowers pulse rate and improves metabolic functions, quality of life and more. Canoe, kayak and a rowing boat is available. Cottage by the lake - with 16 beds

Nice cottage with 15+ beds, very close to a beautiful lake with a small pier and 3 small boats. Inside the main house we have sattelite-tv, DVD player, a very large stove and 2 separate bathrooms. Together with the guest house we have a total of 6 bedrooms. Outside you will find a large lawn with lots of garden furniture, as well as a nice pavilion. On the lawn you can play football or do other outdoor activities. You must remember to bring your own towels linens.

Fjäll

Charmigt och mysigt hus på landet, där man kan bo året runt. Ett idylliskt ställe där man kan koppla av, nära till skog, sjöar, naturreservat och fantaskiska kantarell ställen. Huset har en stor veranda och fin tomt som sträcker sig runt huset och in i den värmländska skogen. En kort cykeltur bort hittar ni mataffär, pizzeria och bensinstation (ca 3km). Vill ni uppleva den värmländska idyllen och de mystiska skogarna så har ni hittat rätt.

Fritidshus med egen sjötomt

Här kan du slappna av, njuta av utsikten och naturen med alla bekvämligheter i ett rymligt och nybyggt fritidshus. Närheten till omtyckta sjön Ömmeln gör att du kan se sjön från alla sovrum i huset. Huset är byggt med harmoni i baktanke, för avkoppling och för umgänge. Egen strand och vedeldad badtunna finns för bad. Vill man ut och utforska sjön finns det två kanoter. På soldäcket kan du avnjuta långa sommarkvällar med mat och dryck.

The Sculptured House is built with natural, recycled and local materials, in harmony with its surrounding nature. This calm retreat offers an inspirational experience for those who look for a stress-free environment. It has a cozy sleeping loft with nice views and you have your own dry toilet. Lyst og koselig stabbur på 100 m² fordelt på 3 etasjer, med store vinduer og flott utsikt. 3 dobbeltsenger fordelt på to soverom oppe. Mulighet for å sette inn ekstra madrasser/ senger. Tilgang til leker, bøker og spill. God internettforbindelse. Passer feks til familietur eller venneferie.

Quiet, cosy cottage in central Säffle

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.

Lomtjärn

Nyt den vakre naturen, bli i ett med omgivelsene rundt dette beroligende lille tjernet, Lomtjärn, i den lille skogen vår. Dette er en plass for å bare være, nyte stillheten og det yrende fuglelivet og den friske luften. Her er det store muligheter å se skogens dyr og fugler. Primus campingkjøkken. Romslig utedo med vaskevannsfat. Solcellebelysning, mobildekning, ingen wifi. Rengjøring er inkludert.
