Old Maltings Annex

The annex is a lovely relaxing place to stay. Accessed by the main front door one then enters one's own private space. Recently converted it offers a fantastic double room. It is very light and airy. Fully heated so nice and cosy. There is a television with sky and wifi, table and chairs and basin. Downstairs there is a bathroom, with heated towel rail and luxury bath with hand held shower. twin room downstairs next to the bathroom. NO ACTUAL KITCHEN!! fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave

The Snug is self-contained, connected to our family home & 7-10 minutes walk to the beautiful Market Square with plentiful pubs, eateries, & twice weekly market. Our aim is to provide quality, homely, affordable accommodation & base to explore from. Styled on a hotel room suite, rather than self catering, The Snug has 2 “off road” private parking spaces, King Size bed, separate sofa bed sitting area, mini fridge, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & fresh milk, & large shower / bathroom. The Hare’s retreat is one of two accommodations on site, the other ‘The Kingfisher Studio’. (not in view of each other) A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own independent access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.

We are offering a comfortable modern guest suite in the riverside town of Wivenhoe. The room is a guest suite on the ground floor in our family home and you will have complete privacy. The room has its own en suite shower room and one double bed. There is a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a small fridge, sink, toaster & single induction hob. There is a smartTV as well as WiFi.

Tucked away but within a short walk of the market hill and Framlingham Castle yet only 25 minute drive from the coast. Our recently converted ground floor annexe has a Retro-Scandinavian feel comprising double bedroom with en-suite shower room and living area with sofabed and bespoke fitted kitchen. Guests will have use of part of the south facing garden and parking for one vehicle is in a shared driveway.

The Loft is situated on the edge of Stanton village in West Suffolk. Close to Bury St Edmunds - 15 mins by car, Cambridge - 45 mins by car or train from B St E, Stowmarket - Train station is 20 mins, London - Direct from Stowmarket by train, Aldeburgh - 45 min drive and many other coastal areas. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).

Outside there is a south facing patio area with table and chairs, this is shared with the owners. Off-road parking is available. Situated on the outskirts of Thetford, it's still only a 15 minute walk from the town centre, train and bus stations.
