Muy linda la casa, el lugar muy tranquilo, todo super limpio y hay de todo. Los señores que cuidan la casa muy buenas personas.

La casa es muy linda, cómoda y bien ubicada. Solo podría recomendar mejorar el internet porque no sirve bien las televisión que están en la casa, por la mala señal. Por todo lo demás es maravillosa la ayuda y comunicación con la anfitriona.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Todo Excelente el alojamiento muy bello me sentí como en casa, se encuentra en un conjunto cerrado muy tranquilo y seguro y en la terraza hay unas bellas vistas para desayunar, sin duda los volvería a elegir para mis futuras visitas en Cuenca, cabe recalcar que los Anfitriones son muy cordiales y amigables y me ayudaron en todo momento 😁

Esta ubicado a un par de cuadras del parque calderon. La casa es amplia y acogedora. Las camas son comodas. Todo estaba limpio

la verdad e saque siempre voy a Cuenca porque la familia de esposa y ella son de allá, el depar estuvo increíble, la zona es perfecta! tienes todo cerca y si viajas en busetas o algo estás a 5 o 7 minutos caminando, Christian se portó increíble! la privacidad y la tranquilidad fue perfecto! para llegar de cualquier lado esta pero al pelo!

Hermosa Quinta, muy bien mantenida, perfecta para descansar. Central, muy cerca de Cuenca, pero a la misma vez suficientemente retirada proyectando tranquilidad y paz. Sus amenidades atraen para un mejor descanso. Nuestros jóvenes adultos disfrutaron la cancha de Tenis, Basquetbol y juegos de mesa. Al final del día relajarse al pie de la chimenea eran de los mejores momentos... Recomendamos esta Quinta 100%.

Fue una estadía excelente ! Luis siempre estuvo al tanto de las preguntas vía chat. El personal de seguridad es muy amable y están al tanto de cualquier duda o sugerencia. El departamento es muy lindo y amplio, cómodo. Único comentario es que el fin de semana muy temprano en la mañana se escuchaba ruido de una reparación de otro departamento. El acceso al parqueo si tu carro es grande es un poco estrecho pero con ayuda del guardia logras parquear muy bien.

Lindisimo el depar tiene TODO lo que necesitas, y el edificio es muy lindo y limpio también.

traveling to a new country is always nerve wracking albeit exiting but worries gets a hold of you (me). that's where Edwin come in from instructions on busses from the airport to his town to instructions for the cab driver I would need from the bus to his place Edwin provided detailed instructions and made it supper easy even though i couldn't speak the language. His helpfulness and attention to detail didn't end there the place was in perfect condition he even had a binder with local attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, bakery's, spas and convince stores. i was staying for more than 2 weeks and his welcome and accommodations made it a great stay. the day before i was to fly out he took me to the bus station and helped me get a ticket for the bus i would need then he woke up early the next day to get me a cab so i didnt have to "hope" to find one it seams to me that Edwin runs his airBNB with a tremendous amount of care i strongly recommend

Visitamos Cuenca con mi esposa por una Cirujia. No fuimos en plan de turismo. Estuvimos 20 días…El departamento muy bien, cómodo y con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La verdad nos sentimos con en casa. Pero lo que más puedo destacar es la asistencia de su propietaria y administradores!! Atentos a cada detalle y preocupados por nuestro confort !

Realmente impresionante este Airbnb! Todo está perfectamente diseñado, el baño es irreal, desde la ducha hasta el lavamanos 🤯 la cocina y la cama. Una estadía realmente perfecta 🤩

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, all in a safe and convenient area. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. When I had a small issue with the shower, she addressed it immediately. I also decided to extend my stay, and she was very accommodating, making the process seamless. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I truly got to see Ecuador from a different perspective, which made the trip even more special. The only downside was the rain, which led to a few leaks, but it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed the place. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed this stunning apartment. It is in an ideal location for exploring Cuenca. Though on a busy street, the bedrooms are quiet. And the fully-sticked kitchen makes cooking a breeze. It is on the 4th floor and the service elevator is not working so prepare your lungs for the altitude and your legs for the climb! There are at least 30 restaurants within a 10 minute walk as well as a large market. It is an easy walk to the historic center. And there are six museums on the same street. There were a few electrical system interruptions--management did a great job communicating with us about them. We definitely plan to return.

El lugar es tranquilo y hace referencia a las fotos

El lugar maravilloso. Limpio, ordenado y súper acogedor y cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta ya que está cerca de un montón de lugares turísticos, bares y restaurantes. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente y preocupado de que nuestra estadía sea maravillosa.

La ubicación es inmejorable. La vista directa a las cúpulas es espectacular, el mejor lugar es la terraza, el interior y muy cómodo. Está cerca de todo, se puede ir caminando a casi todos los sitios. Es perfecto para hospedarse en Cuenca

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und tatsächlich super ruhig, obwohl sie sehr zentral liegt. Wir haben uns mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder 💚 Die Kommunikation mit Maggie und Alejandra war super. Vielen Dank.

Mi familia quedo encantada con el lugar, te tienen obsequio de bienvenida, las instalaciones modernas y todo muy limpio, mi hija me pidió volver cada que visitemos Cuenca :)

Irma es un amor, estuvo pendiente de todo desde el inicio. Las instalaciones son preciosas y siempre tuvimos excelente comunicación, mi hija y yo quedamos maravilladas, esperamos volver pronto ❤️

A very well equipped apartment. Furniture, furnishings, kitchen equipment all of high quality. Plus s VERY comfortable bed in main bedroom. Balcony with views over the town with mountains in the background. Although located to the west of the old town, access to the new travia metro system was about 150 meters up the road. This costs a dollar and there are stops only 5 minutes walk from Calderon Park in front of the Cathedral. We used it most days. Many day trips are available, recommend these as a good guide will really help with the understanding of the region and country. There are supermarkets on the Travia line in either direction, but we just used cabs - a couple of bucks each way and more convenient. Maria and her sister Katrina were very helpful, we settled in very quickly, and they answered questions without any delay. All in all a very good stay - ahhh one last thing ref Travia and taxis - you will not need a hire car!
