The Garden Cottage,Cartmel Valley

The 17th century Garden Studio is a unique, self contained stone cottage with a king sized bedroom, full kitchen/diner upstairs and cosy lounge, with wood burning stove, and spacious bathroom downstairs. With its own front door guest have direct access to the spacious garden and seating area. Well behaved dogs are also welcome to stay but can't be left unattended in the studio, un The lounge has a sofa and futon chair that can be converted into a double and single bed, by prior arrangement.

Tethera Nook - a beautifully crafted retreat

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Gorgeous home, private parking and stunning views

Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Luxury Lake District House

Originally built in 1895 and recently undergone extensive renovation this stunning property close to Windermere exudes quality and style. Includes a bright fully equipped kitchen, large lounge with wood burning stove and dining area with views over the surrounding meadows and fells. Family bathroom, further en-suite, three bedrooms: king, double and twin. Large balcony with stunning views over Lake Windermere. This property is perfectly placed to enjoy all that the Lake District has to offer

Lakenhow - Nr Ulverston - Stunning Views, Sleeps 8

A well appointed holiday home in an elevated position, with fabulous views, exclusively for welcoming families and walking groups, luxuriously appointed with plenty of additional attention to smaller details in order to make guests feel welcome, comfortably catered for, and extra special. A great base to get away from it all, relax completely, and yet in close proximity to Ulverston, western lakes and also central lakes - Windermere is about 45 minutes drive away. Great food locally too.

The Nook is a newly refurbished 5* detached property situated within the heart of the beautiful village of Cartmel in the Lake District. We offer private parking for up to 4 cars and 3 outdoor seating areas. The property has 3 double bedrooms, one house bathroom with a bath & shower & one bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen, dining & living ares are open plan, ideal for socialising. The property also has WiFi & Sky TV, a wood burning stove and an outdoor fire pit and BBQ.

Buxton Lodge: Modern open-plan cottage, Ulverston

Buxton Lodge is a lovely detached cottage located right in the heart of Ulverston, making this an ideal location to enjoy all the town has to offer. The property has been refurbished and now offers modern open plan living. Some of the property's added extras include free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a coffee maker, and under floor heating in the bathroom. ☆This property is in ULVERSTON, CUMBRIA and not in Derbyshire. There is a ongoing problem on the Air bnb website

Lake District house with balconies & stunning view

A modern 3 bedroomed house in a quiet village location with outstanding views across Levens valley to the Langdale Pikes. Full width balconies on two floors with plenty of space to sit outside under cover and enjoy the views. Approximately 10 miles from Bowness on Windermere and Newby Bridge. Equally well located for walks on the Lakeland fells or the Yorkshire three peaks. Excellent road cycling and plenty of near-by mountain biking.

Located in The Forest of Bowland AONB. A rural location looking out to the Yorkshire three peaks. Ideally situated between The Yorkshire Dales (10 minutes drive) & The Lake District (40 minutes drive). Close to Bentham, North Yorkshire. Quiet & off the main road.
