The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Old garage turned urban cabin. Just renovated into a quaint and modern space. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. Twin Lake Cottage, Close to Silos, BSR and Baylor

Welcome to Twin Lake Cottage! The entire house is yours to enjoy. Our guests love the water views, fishing and peaceful country setting. The cottage offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, while being perfectly located near downtown Waco, the Magnolia Silos and BSR Cable Park and Surf Resort. Restaurants, coffee shops and dining are all within a short, 15 min drive to Waco. The cottage is cleaned and sanitized and eager to welcome you.

Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.

The house is nestled in the large pecan trees with a full sized swing set. You can also enjoy the deck right outside your door.

Private entrance with keyless entry allows you as much privacy as you want! Two bicycles are available at no additional charge allowing you to explore Waco up-close and personal!
