Our seaside Condo is a stylish 3-bedroom townhouse in picturesque Orewa Village. Enjoy waking up to sunshine streaming in the balcony, before taking a leisurely stroll to Orewa Beach, famous for golden sands and safe swimming. Or you can choose to swim in the complex's pool. This beautiful condo is only a 35 minute drive from the heart of Auckland CBD. Please be aware of the multiple levels of stairs in this home when booking with younger children or people with limited mobility.

Wynyard Quarter luxury apartment with car park

Our Air Con penthouse makes the most of Auckland, right on the water, city views, easy stroll to town & ferrys. but located in Wynyard Quarter so without all the noise of the viaduct area. You are right on the water, a short stroll to the shops and cafes, or just enjoying sitting on the deck enjoying the view of the water. 1 secure car park to use. Can be flexible on arrival /leaving, if you let me know in advance. Will let the reviews speak for the place.

Located on the clifftop we are just a 3-minute walk to the premium North Shore beach village, Mairangi Bay, where you will find restaurants, cafes, bars, local shops, and a well-stocked supermarket.
