Jose was a nice and responsive host. He offered pick up and drop off to and from the airport, which was very convenient. He asks for a security deposit separately, but I received it back without issue at the end of the stay. The place was very clean and is close to the Marriott which has great restaurants. The area is pretty far away from the main area where you'd go out, but it's quiet which also is a positive. He also can help you if you need anything (like I needed some meds), but given it is Colombia, everyone wants a cut of any payment. So if you want to ensure you get something legitimate, definitely ask Jose but know it will cost you more to do so (not that he takes money from it, but the people who are able to do the tasks do). Also, I thought this was odd but he only provides one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one paper towel roll per stay. We stayed for 8 days and were told we would have to buy our own when we ran out, which is weird and shouldn't have been an issue.

Great place just perfect for touring all the best spots as it’s well located. Area is safe and in the nice part of town. Has tons of restaurants around you so you’ll never lack variety. Loved my stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sebastian’s apartment in Barranquilla! Sebastian was an exceptional host—super responsive and attentive from the moment we arrived until the very last minute of our stay.
