Gwyneth's townhouse is perfectly located to explore downtown Athens and North Campus. The space is comfortable and the easy parking is a big plus. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the screened-in back porch was a lovely place to sit and relax. We had a wonderful stay.

Gwyneth’s place was perfect for our group trip down to Athens for a Georgia football game. It was walkable to downtown and to the stadium which made getting around super easy.

Perfect location for everything. I would put n the notes that the back alley is where the parking is and entrance into the house. That was the only thing that I didn’t find until I drove past it.

The town houses were in a perfect location! Easy walk to Downtown Athens, and very nicely decorated and clean. we would definitely stay again. Gwyneth was a great communicator!

Quiet location, pristine room and comfortable bed.

Loved our stay at this airbnb! It was very comfortable for our family of 4, nicely appointed and updated with excellent kitchen and bathrooms, and it was such a wonderful location, close to Foley Field, Five Points, and everything else the Classic City has to offer! Parking couldn't have been easier, too...literally right at our front door, which made loading and unloading luggage, etc. super easy!

This property was charming, comfy and a very good location if you're on the move in Athens. I felt like it was my home away from home, offering the amenities and comfort I needed. I would highly recommend this property in lieu of a pricey and sterile hotel. Stephen was responsive when I had a random question about the TV. Thank you Stephen and team for hosting your property for the most amazing weekend with my daughter! :)

Great place to stay

Very nice and good hospitality

Quaint 2BR, 2BA townhouse conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins from UGA and downtown Athens (by car). This location is not within walking distance to anything, but its near the highway, and the area was quiet and safe. The host, Angelo, was responsive to all of my inquiries and requests. He was welcoming, accommodating and hospitable. The photos and descriptions provided within this listing were accurate. My family and I were in town for a few days, so it was suitable for our needs, comfortable and cost effective.

This was my second stay at Mannie’s place! The room was cozy, and exactly as described. Mannie was an excellent host. He is responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to UGA. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

This place is absolutely wonderful. There is plenty of space and it is super comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked with everything you need. The hosts are super kind and helpful. It’s also close to a lot of cool places. Staying here made the perfect weekend in Athens, so I highly recommend!
