Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. The Times featured us! Sappington Granary is a secluded, romantic hideaway in pretty Kent countryside. This 200yr-old wooden farm building has been updated, but retains its unusual charm. Delightfully & individually decorated, it is one of a kind. Inside it is snug & romantic. Perfect for little breaks, peacefully isolated but still close to Canterbury and beaches. Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.

Peaceful Idyllic Stable on Romney Marsh near Rye

Homely interior with a calm feel. Surrounded by fields and sheep. Ideal for families. The main bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. The room upstairs has two singles which can also be a double, ideal for children and young adults. The door to this room is an old French slatted shutter. There is a shower room with a loo on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining and living area is on the ground floor with a TV and warming gas fire. There is a double sofa bed in the living area.

The Lodge

1300 sq. ft of spacious, modern accommodation situated half an hour from J 10 on the M20, and half-way between Tenterden and Rye. It's a short drive to the great Camber Sands Beach. 40 minutes or so from the Eurotunnel - we have often gone to Paris for lunch!! Lots to do in the area - Kentish vineyards, National Trust and English Heritage properties, a real steam railway a few miles away, a leisure centre, beauty spas, local museum, McArthur Glen Outlet in Ashford and lots more.
