Zentral gelegen, alles Wichtige innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Gute Anbindung an den Verkehr und ÖV mit naher Bus-Haltestelle, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Zu Fuss ist man in 10 Min. im Zentrum von Ascona. In den zusätzl. Gebühren sind die obligat. Kurtaxen enthalten. Momentan hat es bei der Einfahrt eine Baustelle, welche aber keinen Lärm verursacht.
