Located in the small and eco friendly complex 'Gray Door Apartments'. Very central, private, safe and quiet. Children are not allowed and there are only 9 apartments in total. Gray Door Apartments is build in 2020/2021. With hot water rain showers, a salt water pool, full size gym, BBQ area, ice machine and washing facilities it has al you need to have for an unforgettable vacation 😎 With a car it's only a 5-minute drive to most of the beaches and only 15 minutes to the city and the airport.

Please read entirely to avoid confusion. Solimar Villas consists of 4 modern and fully equipped apartments, Villa Sol, Villa Mar, Villa Luna (2BR) and Villa Kunuku (private pool). All of these units share one beautiful patio with pool. See also our other apartment Villa Kunuku. Villa Kunuku (not this villa) is a one bedroom apartment with its private pool. Wonderful place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life, but still close to all the major tourist attractions.

The spacious appartment (882 ft²/82 m²) is 15m-20m walk/5 min drive away from the high-rise hotel area (Marriott,Ritz Carlton) located at the start of the famous Palm Beach, where you'll find restaurants, bars, shops, and of course what Aruba is most known for: pristine white beaches and crystal clear waters. From here you're also a short drive (5m) away from well-known spots like Boca Catalina (snorkeling) Arashi and Malmok beaches and the California Lighthouse.
