Situato in Via Garibaldi a Venezia, una delle ultime zone rimaste tipicamente veneziane , immerso nella vita quotidiana ma allo stesso tempo lontano dal rumore. In via Garibaldi puoi trovare bar, ristoranti, farmacia, piccoli negozi tipici e un grande supermercato ben servito. L'appartamento si trova a 10 Min a piedi da piazza San marco e a 5 Min a piedi dalla Biennale di Venezia.

Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a building of 3 units, overlooking Corte Formenti, a typical very quiet Venetian square, characterized by an ancient well. Elegant apartment just restored, respecting tradition and modernity, sunny and bright, furnished with care and equipped with every comfort, to offer a stay at the top.

Large 90 m2 apartment, 50 meters from the entrance to the Biennale Arsenale of art and architecture. The bedrooms are large and welcoming. The living room will allow you to rest peacefully up to 6 people, to eat on the large circular table or watch TV from the soft sofa. We are perfectly equipped for you to cook. In the entrance you can leave shoes, jackets, keys and umbrellas. The towels and sheets are included. WIFI is free.

Splendido e luminosissimo appartamento di 80 mq appena ristrutturato (Luglio 2018) situato in zona San Marco- Arsenale- Biennale comodamente raggiungibile sia dalla stazione che dall'aeroporto (la fermata Arsenale del vaporetto è a pochi metri senza ponti, dove sosta anche il motoscafo Alilaguna proveniente dall'aeroporto). È inoltre a 5 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco.
