Cosy Shepherd’s Hut only a 15 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station and the airport flyer bus stop. Cute kitchen & bathroom, underfloor heating & wood burner. A little haven of peace in a bustling urban setting. The Bus stop at the end of the road takes you into the city centre. N.B. The hut is situated in our garden, facing our family home and there is limited outside space. The bed folds into the wall to reveal a lovely table/seating area - see below for more information about this.

LUXURY MODERN STUDIO: Spacious studio with free secure parking. Newly built, Wi-Fi, fully heated and insulated for all year round use. The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

This newly refurbished apartment adjoins the owner's family home and is part of a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It is well situated with a 2 minute walk to a frequent bus service, the train station is 10 mins away and the town centre 15 by bus. The airport is 20 mins away by taxi (£30 - £40). There is plenty of street parking available. For guests that are keen to walk, 30 minutes will bring you to the main Bristol attractions such as the docks and the main shopping area ( Cabot Circus).

Located just a 9 minute walk from Temple Meads Train Station and closeby to the main attractions in Bristol where you will find an array of bars and resturants, as well as local attractions, it's in a fantastic spot for guests exploring Bristol. We manage another property a few doors down in the same location which looks very similar, this is one of two.

The maisonette occupies the first and 2nd floor of this former Victorian paint factory, with tonnes of architectural detail and balcony views over the river Avon. This maisonette has an open plan kitchen/living area with a mezzanine sleeping loft with balcony views over the living space from the master ensuite. We have installed a pool table to entertain you in the moments you aren't out exploring!

The location is excellent, being within easy walking distance of the city centre and harbour area, near a beautiful park and close to many bus routes and Temple Meads station. There are excellent cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs and shops close by. Although well positioned, the area is generally quiet.
