Two bedroom townhouse in residential neighborhood; 1 mile from historic/downtown Newport (shops/restaurants); 2 miles from Easton's Beach; 2 playgrounds within walking distance; above ground pool, fire pit, 20' furnished deck, grill; plenty of parking; WiFi & apps; central air. It's about a 7 minute uber ride to downtown Newport or Easton's Beach. Shaws/LQ/Starbucks/Dunkin are one mile away in the opposite direction.

Rare Townhouse. 11min Walk Downtown- Parking!

Rare Townhouse, 11 minute WALK( 0.6 miles) to the Providence Performing Arts Theater and the rest of downtown Providence. Enjoy the space of an entire home with 1.5 baths, upstairs sleeping quarters, downstairs living room with eat in kitchen/work area along with Free Parking. I don't think you will find a more spacious home this close to downtown for the value. I haven't. Don't settle for a room. Enjoy a home instead
