This spacious room is an ideal base for those visitors looking for comfortable affordable accommodation. The room has a 50" flat screen tv with freeview/Roku I have two double rooms and a cosy single. Guests have the use of all the shared rooms, shown in my listing. My place is located minutes from Junction 30 of M1 and is ideal for visiting the Peak District and Clumber Park, Sherwood Forest. Wedding venues close by include Sitwell Arms, Mosbrough Hall Hoteland Van Dykes Hotel.

Very nice area with parking on the road... We are a 20min walk from the train station and the town with the crooked spire.. You have buses and trains in town to everywhere... Chatswoth and all Derbyshire.. Sheffield.. Nottingham We have lots of shops.. Restaurants and bars within 2mins.. If iam not here I have a key box for you to let yourself in.. I have a lodger who should be here and I also have a cat and dog plus in nice sun trap for you to sit in or eat in after use of kitchen..
