Cosy & Luxurious 2 BRM Beachfront Villa with pool

A cosy, welcoming and luxurious 2 bedroom villa set directly on a beautiful, quiet beach on the south of Koh Samui. The property has a private swimming pool and tropical gardens, two ensuite luxurious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Secure parking area for vehicles. Our 2 gorgeous villa's are located within seconds walk of each other, around our pool area. Private studio, full sea view. Thong Krut

Studio is on the 4th lower level of our villa in the SW, 30 mins from airport, in a small village with a laid back feel called Thong Krut. 900 sq ft studio, TV, Wifi & AC. Open plan, lounge area, American style kitchen fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave, bedroom area & bathroom with shower, balcony with sun beds, full sea view. Use of infinity pool and sala. Note pool isn’t on the same level. The studio is a secure gated community with security cameras.

We offer for rent three houses (villas) in Taling Ngam, Koh Samui. Two of them with its own swimming pool and fenced yard. Territory is secured and there located beautiful garden and terraces for BBQ and party. All houses are furnished and ready to move-in. The full capacity of all 3 villas – 10-15 guest, so big companies welcomed. Also, we provide free transfer from/to airport. Wi-Fi internet and water supply is free. Guest pay only bills for electricity – 5 thai baht for 1 unit.

2 Bedroom Bungalow, Big Terrace with Barbecue

Jasmine Bungalows Lamai Samui. 2 bedroom bungalow in center of Lamai, only 300 meter to beach. Spacious outdoor terrace with barbecue. Situated in a secluded side road with little traffic. Fast private wifi fiber internet 500 mbit. Newly renovated in August 2024. Fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom with hot water shower. Cats roam outside on the property. Previous guests have been feeding them, so they often come back.

the naked house

It is an architectural villa on the south side of Koh Samui, private and in a natural environment, it has sweeping ocean views and has a great salt water lap pool. Half way up a hill, it gets natural breezes, whithout mozzies even at dusk. It is minimally designed, but takes maximum advantage of the nature. It is called the naked house because the walls are left naked. We primarily cater to families and couples.
