L’appartamento è come lo vedete in foto, forse l’unica pecca è il bagno che in due si sta un po’ stretti ma del resto tutto perfetto. Grazie ancora e alla prossima!

Appartamento corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione riportata. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: l'appartamento e' decisamente spazioso, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort. L'arredamento e' molto moderno. La pulizia impeccabile. La posizione e' strategica: in meno di un minuto a piedi ci si ritrova nella via principale del centro di Castiglione con numerosi negozi e ristoranti (un consiglio: prenotare sempre per tempo perché si rischia di rimanere senza cena! Noi siamo stati a Castiglione nella settimana di ferragosto e senza prenotare si faceva fatica a trovare posto anche in tarda serata). In pochi minuti a piedi ci si ritrova sul lungomare dove ci sono numerosissimi stabilimenti balneari ma anche numerose spiagge libere. Davanti all'appartamento il supermercato e' comodissimo! Niccolò e Daniela si sono dimostrati sempre gentili e super disponibili: ringraziamo in particolar modo Daniela per tutte le dritte che ci ha dato!!!! Sconsigliato!

We had a great stay here with our two kids (1 and 5). Danilo went above and beyond to welcome us to the place, and was helpful and responsive in answering any questions we had. The location was great — easy walk to old town and down to the lake. Would stay here again.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet und verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe. WLAN: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer zuverlässig, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter etwas frustrierend war, da wir gerne Filme geschaut hätten. Allerdings lag das Problem am Internetanbieter wegen Sturmschaden, und der Gastgeber hat sich äußerst kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt. Er hat schnell auf unser Anliegen reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Küchenausstattung und Platz: Die Küche ist für fünf Personen ausreichend, aber bei einer Belegung von acht Personen wird es etwas eng. Es gibt nicht genug Teller, Stühle, und auch der Tisch bietet für acht Person

Viaggio molto sia per lavoro che per svago, ma raramente mi sono sentito così a casa come nei 4 giorni trascorsi da Andrea. La casa è semplicemente meravigliosa, curata in ogni dettaglio, accogliente e con un’anima. È senza dubbio una delle più belle che abbia mai visitato! Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale il soggiorno è Andrea stesso: proattivo, disponibile, attento… si percepisce chiaramente che ama ciò che fa. Un’ospitalità genuina e calorosa che lascia il segno. In ogni ambiente si respira qualità: il materasso era comodissimo (ho dormito da favola!), il bagno molto ampio con una doccia davvero spaziosa e rilassante. Anche la TV presente sia in camera da letto che in salotto è un plus non da poco, non è da tutti! Esperienza top, assolutamente consigliata.

Muy cómodo y accesible apartamento. Todo estaba limpio. Claudio es agradable y muy dispuesto a ayudar. Nos quedamos una noche para esperar nuestro crucero. Claudio nos ofreció recomendaciones de lugares y nos ayudó a encontrar el shuttle para el crucero.

Luca’s place was the perfect place to stay in Grosseto. The location was just inside the walls of the Centro Storico. Luca suggested nearby street parking that was cost effective, safe and only a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Luca met me and carried my bag up to the first floor. He thoughtfully designed the space to be comfortable and functional. Everything is new and lovely. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely home within the city walls, with thought and attention given to the renovation of a historic home. While the weather didn’t cooperate as much as we hoped, the limited time we spent on the amazing terrace was noteworthy. Also rare in Italian rentals was the provision of a dryer, which was appreciated. The only drawback was the antique living room furniture, which was limited in space and comfort. Had we been able to use the terrace, this would have been less of a problem. I would recommend this rental!

Wat een fantastische huis en tuin. We waren met 3 families in de leeftijd van 8 maanden tot zeventig jaar, voor ieder was er voldoende aanwezig. Het zwembad was fantastisch, iedereen genoot ervan. In de tuin is zoveel te ontdekken, bomen, struiken, kruiden, vol vlinders en insecten en zelf een niet gevaarlijke schorpioen, heel avontuurlijk. Nella was zelf niet aanwezig maar reageerde snel voor onze vragen. Ook had zij een kok geregeld om een avond voor ons te koken. Lily en haar dochter Isabella hebben super heerlijke traditionele Italiaanse gerechten voor ons gekookt, super! En Fabritius bracht een heerlijke rode wijn mee. Cortona is te belopen, wel moet je wat conditie hebben. Het stadje is prachtig en het theatertje prachtig om te zien met een heerlijk restaurant ernaast. Wij komen zeker terug♥️

Het verblijf 'Casa Elisa' was beter dan we hadden verwacht. Het is een groot huis met zelfs een kelder met sauna. Het zwembad in de tuin (met buitendouche en toilet) en het huis zelf waren brandschoon. Er was geen stofje of spinnenweb te ontdekken (zelfs niet achter een kast die wij verschoven om bij een stopcontact te kunnen). Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was adembenemend en de omgeving was fantastisch. Je bent zo in plaatsjes zoals Siena, Arezzo, Perugia en er is vlakbij ook een groot meer waar wij een dag een bootje hebben gehuurd (aanrader). Kortom, we kunnen het iedereen aanraden om bij Lorenzo te boeken. De communicatie met Lorenzo was ook uitstekend, goed te bereiken via app en spreekt goed Engels. Zijn vader komt elke dag even het zwembad checken en schoonmaken en zijn moederdag heel lief een heerlijke taart gebakken.

Rossella è stata estremamente disponibile e gentile. L'alloggio è spaziosissimo, molto pulito e dotato di ogni comodità. La mia famiglia ed io ci siamo trovati benissimo, sicuramente torneremo!

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

המארח היה מאד ידידותי , הכין ארוחת ערב טעימה ונעימה בטוח שנזכור את שהייתנו כחוויה נעימה. ייתכן והוספת ארוחת בוקר הייתה משלימה את החוויה המקסימה שחווינו. תודה רבה לאנדראה.

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Laura ist ein wunderbarer, liebevoller Host. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben - sehr sauber, sehr zentral, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 🙂

Appartamento come da foto, con una grande veranda coperta e terrazza da cui si può vedere un tramonto spettacolare sul mare. Parcheggio coperto a tariffa concordata a pochi passi dall'appartamento. L'host è stato molto disponibile e reattivo. Siamo stati pochi giorni ma meriterebbe anche di più.

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

Excellent location and very nice accommodations with an excellent view. Only a short walk to everything needed. Parking was easy and close to the apartment. Luca was very nice, meeting us in the parking area and showed us the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

L’Host Nicola è molto disponibile. La casa si presenta nel centro del borgo di Castiglione. A 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il lago e nel centro ci sono trattorie e negozi con prodotti locali. Indicazioni chiare per check in e check out e accoglienza con cialde per caffè comprese nel prezzo
