This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. No need to leave the house for anything except food. We use DoorDash, after the first night there because there were plenty of amenities right there. The very impressive kitchen has all cooking utensils and appliances needed. The theater is nicely decorated with a popcorn machine which gives the full movie experience. The pool table and air hockey were so much fun. The Pack-Man game was already a blast, then to find out it has a ton of arcade games on the system made it even better. The meditation room was a highlight of our stay. You'll get relaxed as soon as you approach the doorway. The gym was yet another amenity that we were impressed by. You get a pretty good workout while reading the motivational quotes on the wall. We used the grill that's conveniently on the patio at the entrance. This was my husband's first Airbnb experience so it set the bar high. The hot tub was great with privacy. I'll try the beautiful pool next time.

Great above-garage apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and comfortable king bed with walk in closet. Location is directly off the highway but not at all noisy. Had a little trouble finding the location (I accidentally drove past it the first time) but eventually realized I was at the wrong place. 10 minutes to downtown Annapolis.

Exquisite. Right in the heart of town. Across the street from the backyards of captains row at naval academy. Amongst many historic properties open to visitors. The bed was like a super high end hotel. We LOVED this house and Annapolis. Thank you!

We stayed in Annapolis on the second leg of a 4 day journey north and Laura's home was the perfect stop after 6 hours in the car. The place was spotless upon arrival and a well-stocked kitchen, including a basket of snacks added to the comfort. Laura's beautiful home is in the heart of Annapolis, you can’t beat the location! Walk out the front door and you are steps from Main Street, the waterfront, and the Naval Academy! Everything was walkable, the restaurants, shops, and historic sites. There is so much to explore in this beautiful city we’re already looking forward to our next stay! I would highly recommend Laura's home to anyone visiting Annapolis.

I cannot speak highly enough of Laurie and our recent stay. The rental property was immaculate and perfectly situated—just steps from shops, restaurants, and the Harbor. Laurie went above and beyond, providing thoughtful recommendations for activities and dining in the area. One of the highlights of our trip was dining at Lewnes’ Steakhouse, which was an exceptional experience and the perfect setting for celebrating our anniversary. We truly enjoyed strolling through the charming town of Annapolis, visiting local shops, an ice cream parlor, and nearby antique stores—all within walking distance of the rental. The thoughtful touches Laurie added, including wine and fresh flowers upon our arrival, made us feel incredibly welcome and set the tone for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend visiting historic Annapolis and booking with Laurie—you won’t be disappointed. We’re already looking forward to our return.

Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

Location, location, location. Once we parked our car, it never left the driveway. Monons place was close to everything. It is in easy walking distance to Annapolis. But the best part that it is in walking distance to the many restaurants in beautiful Eastport. It was sparkling clean and comfortable. Its location in the back of the house, with its own back deck and deck chairs, was so quiet and peaceful.

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

I had the pleasure of utilizing Sam's home for a small video shoot. Sam was super responsive and helpful while inquiring and throughout our booking. The location worked out perfectly for what we needed, and we really appreciated Sam's willingness to work with us and the wonderful space that was exactly as described and looked great on camera.

It was very nice staying at Stan's cottage. It's like a tiny oasis in this rapid world of technology, and chaos. Very peaceful, quiet, cozy, and clean. CJ greeted us when we arrived, helped us with our bags, and cut fresh flowers for me when we arrived (super sweet). We got great recommendations for restaurants and take out. And finally, it was a true pleasure spending our last minutes with Stan. We enjoyed hearing about his love of travel and of birding...it would have been nice to stay a little longer...we look forward to hearing "the adventures of Stan" someday soon.

We had a great stay at this clean and well-organized home. It was perfect for our family, easy to find and access, with clear and simple house rules. The kitchen had everything we needed with the added bonus of a washer and dryer. The check out process was smooth and Thom was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had a great stay here. The location was terrific and easily walkable to the Academy, great restaurants, and downtown attractions. The place was very clean and in good shape. The owner was super easy to work with and great at communicating all the necessary information we needed and answering any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in many airbnbs and this is by far the best taken care of and most thoughtfully appointed. We love sitting on the porch and walking everywhere. The beds were very comfortable and all towels and other linens were in great condition. Would stay again without hesitation.

It was a lovely home that was well situated near DC, Annapolis & other coastal entertainment areas. We especially enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood & many nearby walks with gorgeous water views. Having a king bed ensuite & 1.5 additional baths plus a fenced in yard for our dog made our stay most enjoyable. We would certainly stay again when next in the area.

We had a lovey stay at Luna and Rob’s row house. The location was really convenient and just a couple minutes walk from the main drag in Annapolis. They were friendly and very easy to communicate with which helped us have a seamless arrival and check out. Would gladly stay there again!

The entire unit was immaculate & super comfortable. Great location & easily walkable to restaurants, shopping & USNA. Ellen was a pleasure to deal with & always communicated on a timely basis. We had a fabulous stay!

Wonderful newly renovated unit. By far the nicest airbnb ive stayed in. Although it was a quick trip for me, one night, I would gladly stay in this airbnb anywhere, for any amount of time!

We found the location of this air bnb to downtown great! We walked everywhere! The apartment was quiet and felt nice and bright and spacious. We loved the garage parking and the ease of getting in and out of the property. We did have an issue when we arrived to the apartment. It took about 45 mins to get ahold of the bnb contact but when they did respond they addressed the issue as quickly as was possible. While it wasn’t the best start of our trip, they went out of their way to compensate us for our lost time spent the first day which we really appreciated. We understand things happen and the way they handled the issue would make me comfortable to use their bnb again. Overall a great place to stay in Annapolis!

The place had exactly what you need. The home is clean, comfortable, and right in the heart of all the action. As described the parking is a challenge. We parked in the Hillman garage cause it was easy/safe and about $24 a day. Great place for early risers as the loading zone out front started getting loud at 7am every morning but we were up so it didn’t matter. The owners were super responsive but we didn’t have any issues.

Would recommend for a group of 3-4 people! Beautiful location, and central to downtown but still far away enough that you can enjoy some quiet time and privacy. Excellent restaurants and so much to do/see. Would stay here again. It has everything you need for the night while you’re out and about during the day.

A beautiful location with plenty of room for two couples. Nice balcony and panoramic view of the historical Annapolis waterfront and state capital. Fantastic restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. Super parking too!!!

Great little place in Annapolis. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Easy walk to USNA and the water also. David was a great host, quick to respond and very clear with information.
