It is perched just above the waves with the most beautiful views across Portling Bay to the white sands of Merse Head nature reserve. The Lodge is not in a holiday park it stands alone with it's own private driveway, parking and garden. It’s so quiet, a retreat to escape and relax, by sitting watching and listening to the waves. The Lodge is a self-contained cabin with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

There is a private terrace and patio area to enjoy al-fresco dining or star-gazing.

Oak Tree Hut

Unfortunately no dogs/children/infants are allowed. Oak Tree Hut is situated on our working sheep farm in Dumfries and Galloway. The views from the hut looks over St John’s Town of Dalry and up onto the Rhinns of Kells. Lie in bed watching the sunrise and sit on the verandah or soak in the outside bath while watching the sunset. Watch the bird life and livestock peacefully fly and amble by. The hut has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Juniper is a great pod for 4 people, double bed and sofa bed. all the essentials you will need kettle, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster smart tv and free WiFi. it is also ideal for bringing your pets, has a private decking area with a gate on, so no one wanders off, we also supply dog/cat bed if you need one.
