Hull Town House, Avenues and Dining Quarter

This is our charming little townhouse in Hull. It’s in the Dukeries area just off the bustling Prince’s Avenue, which has cafes, bars and independent shops. We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms.

The Stables - North Ferriby

The Stables is a charming property located at the heart of the lovely village North Ferriby. The property has recently been converted in 2024 to a high standard whilst being sympathetic to the character of the building. Ideally situated for travel being on the M62 corridor. The the local pub, cafe, Co-Op and Indian restaurant are just yards down the road. The train station is a 9 minute walk, with countryside walks on the doorstep including the Yorkshire Wolds Way.

Homely and stylish two-bed house in town centre

Newly refurbished stylish period property a short walk from the town’s many restaurants, bars, pubs and independent shops. Our renovated Edwardian property is in a quiet tree-lined street with ample free parking. The Humber Bridge and riverside walks are close by, and guests can enjoy the farmer’s market at the bridge car park on the 1st Sunday of the month. Hull’s Old Town and Marina are just a short drive away. Children and dogs welcome.

Eastgate Cottage

A newly renovated, luxurious cottage situated in the heart of Hessle. The town offers great local amenities including supermarket, butchers, bakers and plenty of independent boutiques, Restaurants and Pubs. A 30 minute walk or short drive away from the famous Humber Bridge and Hessle foreshore area where a picnic can be enjoyed in the summer. Hessle also offers easy access to the City of Hull either by car, bus or train.

Brand new ground floor city centre apartment

Newly converted ground floor apartment, within a grade 2 listed building at the end of historic Land Of Green Ginger street. Within walking distance of the train station and located right in the heart of the Old town. A free parking space a short walk away on high street is included, or on street parking at the front of the building is free between the hours of 6pm and 8.30am ( metered at other times).

Very private self-contained accommodation.

Detached very private flat with its own entrance situated opposite award-winning park and leisure centre, in a peaceful location within a short walk to Barton upon Humbers town centre. This accommodation includes free off-road parking private kitchen with a dining area and a walk-in shower. (This flat can also accommodate a child if required there is a travel bed and bedding provided)
