Home was beautiful and there was so much room. Jasper was quick to respond! We were so close to downtown. Super clean and comfy! Absolutely will stay again!

We have stayed here several times as it is very close to family but still gives us our own space. Never had any issues. Be sure to have breakfast at Sweet Oaks just a block away!

This little gem far exceeded our expectations. The hosts were great at communicating and very responsive. The cottage is so eloquently decorated, yet cozy enough to feel like home. It was close to town, but felt like country living. We absolutely feel in love with the charm of this place. We would highly recommend both the hosts and the property! Thank you!!

We stayed here for a cheer competition at the fairgrounds. It worked out perfectly to not fight the parking lots and were able to walk across the street! It was a great location and close by to things we are interested in. House was well kept, nice and clean! The neighbors were very friendly as well. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a great stay! The place was immaculate. It was a bit hard to find in the dark as the house number is tucked behind a tree. Description was spot on. He was extremely responsive and checked on us through our stay! Thanks!

We love the location of this home! Lots of nearby restaurants, walkable, and our grandkids live right down the street! It has all of the amenities we need and we’re glad to be able to bring our dog. It is an old house. The bathrooms are very small, many of the doors stick, and the front door is quite drafty. Sadly, there is some (mostly cosmetic) damage from prior guests that hasn’t been repaired.

Great place to stay! Highly recommend. It has everything I needed + more. There was a few glitch things that happened that Josiah addressed right away making it as smooth as possible. Thank you! Would stay here again.

Some of the rugs have curled edges that create a trip hazard. Had problems with tv’s.

We were a group of 11 and Jody was very helpful with our last min plans after another AirBnb cancelled on us last min. This is a yearly even that we do in Des Moines and look forward to booking from him in the future.

We enjoyed the stay and appreciated the information provided by the hosts. Check in and out was very easy, the location was great & quiet and the place was nice and clean. We will definitely look to stay in one of their places again!

Three rooms- no door to separate basement space from upstairs but me and my kitties stayed in one room. Suzy was very nice and welcoming. Very much appreciated the stay.

Great location...close to food, shopping and the RecPlex. Townhouse was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

Two of us in town for a memorial service and gathering of friends. The place was great-perfect size-two bedrooms worked for us perfectly-cute place. Minor point is a bathroom typical of these little homes, with a toilet literally right next to the tub/shower with only an inch or two to spare on the sides-made for some interesting "negotiating!" But as I said, this is minor. Shower great! Located in a great neighborhood, peaceful, safe to walk, close to a mall and restaurants etc. Be aware there is a basement tenant- took us by surprise but that was because we didn't read the description fully! They were super quiet and we barely knew anyone else was there. Their apartment is separate from the unit. Definitely recommend the place and Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great front porch for sitting and watching the world, lots of windows, good linens and towels, extra blankets, easy on street parking., Keurig, so very quiet-we would rent again in a heartbeat....

We enjoyed our weekend at Alyson’s home! The backyard was large with a wonderful fence perfect for our pup to run around, and the basket of toys and treats for him were a nice touch. The home is just as pictured. We really liked the game options and shed as well as the multiple TVs with smart capabilities. We would definitely stay here again if back in Des Moines!

We rented the Love Shack for my sisters 75th birthday. We had a total of 7 people stay at the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had a great time and the location was perfect. Tiffany was a great host!

Molly was a great host and very helpful when we had questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable for our family. Her home was very clean, the furniture was really comfortable, and the home was on an active farm surrounded by beautiful and peaceful farm land. The home is also only about 10 minutes to Adel which has a cute little downtown area with several resturants and only about a half hour to the West end of Des Moines which had a lot of shopping and activity. It was a perfect stay for us.

Veena is a great host, she responded quickly and was very helpful. The home was clean and neat and had everything we needed. This home can accommodate a large group easily, with 7 adults it didn’t feel like we were ever fighting for space. We stayed during the Des Moines marathon. Between the deck space, the spacious upstairs, and the living spaces there was more than enough room to come together or separate and relax. The house is located just outside of downtown and there is a grocery store close by. We were fortunate to be able to eat home cooked meals for most of our time there thanks to all of the amenities. We brought a propane tank to use the grill one night and cooked up many meals in advance. This is a great choice for families or groups!

It was great place to stay at and not too far from where we were going. and the price was just right and worth it. it felt like i was at home and it was very comfortable and spacious. would definetly rent again.
