Kalliberry Cycladic old cave with private pool

'Kalliberry' is a remote complex with 3 old stone houses, located in Andros island. Dimosthenis, Catherine and Thanos started the Kalliberry project on 2014. Your hosts are 3 friends, 3 travelers of the world, who decided to leave Athens and start a new life in this beautiful Cycladic island. We fully renovated an old house, the Cave, by keeping all those elements that highlight its traditional character and its 'bond' with mother earth, in combination with a touch of vintage decoration.

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Μπατσίου. Προσφέρει από όλους τους χώρους απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα, στο Μπατσί και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 7 άτομα. Είναι κατάλληλο για παρέες, ζευγάρια και οικογένειες καθότι διαθέτει 1 master bedroom με ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι και 1 μονό κρεβάτι, 1 master bedroom με διπλό κρεβάτι, 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, 1 main bathroom, σαλοκουζίνα και τραπεζαρία.

The couple room is a room with special view the sunset and the beach of Mpatsi .The square of Mpatsi is 200meters from the room and 100meters from the taxi station.The couple room is the best solution for couples that want romance and spend the day at the beach.behind the room we have a garden as you see at the photos.**clarification(the bed that you see at couple room is suitable for two persons)This year we restored the wc new photos are uploaded!!!

ALADOU-APARTMENTS 3

Πρόκειται για μία οικία η οποία βρίσκεται στο Μπατσί της Άνδρου, 20 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη και χωρισμένη σε τέσσερα ανεξάρτητα διαμερίσματα, με ξεχωριστή είσοδο το καθένα. Περιμετρικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει κήπος με πηγάδι, διάφορα δέντρα και φυτά που μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να περάσει ευχάριστες ώρες ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι διακοσμημένα και επιπλωμένα με παραδοσιακά ξύλινα έπιπλα, σε νησιώτικο στυλ.

ΤΟ ΑΠΕΡΑΝΤΟ ΓΑΛΑΖΙΟ 1 (ENDLESS BLUE 1)

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

Villa Lydi is registered with NATIONAL TOURIST ORGANISATION LICENCE : 1166K92001180101 The villa is located at Lydi Bay, next to the Bay of Chora Andros. The view is magnificent as you see the nearby villages, the beaches, and the deep blue sea. It is ideal for walkers since right in front of the villa passes a traditional path that goes from village to village passing through hillsides lined with trees, rivers, and lakes.

Batsi is the most touristic resort on the Greek island of Andros. It is located seven kilometers (4 mi) southeast of the port city of Gavrio . Batsi is situated in a bay with a large, sandy, pebble beach and is surrounded by lots of green. The village has a cosmopolitan character, and there are many nice traditional taverns and all day cafe-bars. The nightlife here is the best on the island.

Roula’s suites 2

Roula's suites 2 is on the ground floor of the building with an amazing view of the sea. It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
