There was no one around during our stay. Had deer in the backyard along with a little fox friend. Very relaxing and much needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful home with great views of the ocean and endless sound of waves. We had one of the best night's rest in a long time. Contemporary cottage interior with great kitchen, open lounge/living area with a few spaces for cozy chilling, and large hot tub on bottom deck for relaxation. Tesla charger a big bonus on the Mendocino coast. Hosts incredibly responsive and went out of their way to provide recommendations to help us out!

Nancy and Sam were amazing hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at their place. Great views, great amenities and overall a wonderful place. Would love to come here again!!

This place was beautiful, homey, relaxing, and all around an exceptional stay. Lisa, the host, was very responsive and kind. The place is in the heart of Mendocino Village yet very quiet and private feeling. We will stay again!

Beautiful, peaceful and lovely stay. This was a fantastic place and one of the best Airbnb stays in my experience. Paulette is a friendly host and has included so many extras in her rental. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need and she has stocked the bathrooms with many extras. The location is beautiful with decks and windows that view the lake. The completely fenced back yard with the private beach really was beautiful and relaxing. We could let our dogs run free and they loved it. There are California buckeye trees there so I picked up the fruit that had dropped so my dog wouldn't chew them. There is a nice pergola on the beach so we could sit in the shade while the dogs played. Do try the Crestview walk listed in the binder. We drove to the dirt road, parked and had a really nice dog walk. We also walked the Redbud trail off of Hwy 20 which was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location right on the coast. Wonderful views from the deck and hot tub. You didn’t need to leave the property feel like you were on vacation.

Beautiful place!!! We really enjoyed the sounds of waives crashing against each other and how roomy the house is! House is close to everything and not far of a drive to all the locate beaches!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ted’s place. The home and grounds are stunning, and in a close location to a beach and short drive to town. Ted was very helpful and the trip went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Lovely home and huge! They had a good stereo but didn’t have the right connections for our phones, and had no way to listen to music. Vacasa office told us that we didn’t need to pick up the packet- which we appreciated because we were late - but then we discovered we had to have parking passes or they would boot our car until we paid cash for the fine. Would be easier to put parking passes in the house.

This stay exceeded all expectations, we loved it! The space was immaculately clean and more spacious than the photos suggested. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—we had everything we needed and more including Spanish Paprika! The magical jacuzzi under the stars with the sound of waves crashing was the cherry on top. There were issues initially with permits of our previous booking, Vacasa was also very proactive and helpful throughout the booking process and responsive in all communications, which made everything seamless. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home perfectly situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. Gorgeous ocean views with a lovely deck with dining table and outdoor seating area with gas fireplace. Spacious kitchen and living room - plenty of space for our family with two young kids.

Wow! This home has an exceptional setting - the spectacular views of the ocean from the great room are mesmerizing. The master bedroom and lower level bedrooms all have gorgeous views of the ocean as well. The Ocean Bluff Trail passes right behind the house, making it so convenient to explore the coast. Great for nature lovers - we saw seals, deer, rabbits, fox, and many varieties of sea birds. Also the home is pet friendly and our dog loved it! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

Stunning property with ocean views from the living room. This classic Sea Ranch architecture is beautifully complemented by tasteful decor and a well-stocked kitchen. We truly felt at home and had a wonderful time. Willa and Craig were fantastic hosts—providing clear directions, helpful local tips, and being readily available if we needed anything. Beautiful, well-appointed home at iconic development in spectacular Coastal Sonoma. Very comfortable. Enjoyed walking the bluffs, whale watching and star gazing. Great access to tennis and pool in community rec center. No shopping nearby so remember to stock up on supplies before arriving.

Beautiful view and such a pretty home! Loved the handpicked selection of things in the home and the plants. The big glass windows with a beautiful view of the ocean was such a treat!

The house is in the most beautiful and dramatic setting. We didn’t want to leave! The kitchen was a bit tight for group cooking but it’s super well outfitted with plenty of plates & glasses and every gadget & serving piece you could want. We had a great time here & I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Debra is an excellent host and communicator! The place completely exceeds expectations. Beds are extraordinary, kitchen is clutch, hot tub is great, and waking up to the ocean view is serene. Having access like that to kayaks and the bay from your bedroom is extremely unique in that area of California. There is really nothing like it! Would book again in a heartbeat.

The view. It's maily the view that no picture can really describe. But than again, the house itself is so nice, with great feeling of privecy but still near fine restaurants, wineries, short or long hiking trails, sea and forests. Perfect location

Wow, what a special place. The rainy days couldn’t ruin the trip, even though they tried. Gazing out the huge windows in the living room was peaceful and more entertaining than we could have imagined. Seals resting on the beach between the estuary and ocean, plenty of birds and beautiful spring blooms. The property is exactly as pictured, if not even more impressive in person. Super clean, well equipped, comfortable furniture and the bathrooms were very luxurious. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen; which is well equipped and comfortable for preparing meals. One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at and plan to return soon (if not annually).

Charlie is a great host and very responsive. You have a great view of Dillon’s Beach and the ocean. The family loved staying there, just be aware that you have some stairs to go up to get to the house. For most people, that should not be a problem. My 3 year old grandson loved to go up and down them and hike to the beach(definitely with in walking distance). Beautiful location and we saw plenty of wild life in the area. We had a lovely experiecne at Greg's property. The location is pristine - right by the lake facing mountains! We had toddlers with us during the stay and they thoroughly enjoyed camping out in the porch. Greg was a very responsive host, and easily accessible. We highly recommend this place for families looking for peace and quite, and that enjoy getting close to the nature. We look forward to staying at Greg's listing again!
