Eiendommen ligger langs Tovsdalselva med 50 meter privat elvebredde og medfølgende fiskerett. Boligen har en gjennomgående god standard med blant annet nyoppusset kjøkken. Wifi og Tv. Zaptec elbillader 230 Volt. Fantastiske fiske, bade og friluftsområder på eiendommen og i umiddelbar nærhet. Gangavstand til nærbutikk, lekeplass og bensin/dieselpumpe. Die direkte Umgebung um das Havrefjell, Solholmsfjell ( Naturschutzgebiet) laden vom Frühling bis zum Herbst zu abwechslungsreichen Wanderungen mit fantastischen Aussichten ein. Dabei Blaubeeren oder Pilze zu sammeln macht besonderen Spass. Zahlreiche Seen sorgen für ein erfrischendes Vergnügen. Im Winter ermöglichen ein ausgedehntes Langlaufnetz, Schneeschuhwanderungen und Ski laufen (in Gautefall, Südnorwegens größtes Skigebiet) vielseitige, sportliche Aktivitäten.
