• Villa Mia is the ideal place for vacation and work in a quiet and private environment. • A separate housing unit of 50 square meters with a private entrance, on a plot of about 1.5 dunams and a garden over one dunam. • Private large pool 13.5 X 6 meters for our guests only. • The garden is fenced with a very high hedge that gives maximum privacy • It comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double pull-out sofa bed, a flat screen cable TV, A/C and free WIFI + NETFLIX, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Urn and Shabbat hot plate for our religious guests. • Vila Mia is perfect for a relaxing vacation in the unforgettable area of Caesarea, one of Israel's famous and ancient sites, a stunning archaeological and tourist site, perfectly situated between Tel Aviv (30 minutes’ drive) and Haifa (30 minutes’ drive). From there you can also tour the north of Israel. The Sea of Galilee is about 90 minutes’ drive away. • There are a lot of attractions in the area: including the, where you can enjoy a walk among the ruins at the ancient port city of Caesarea , dine at a gourmet restaurant overlooking the sea, visit Rally museum, practice your Golf or Tennis skills or enjoy water sports or horse riding activities on the beach. A perfect location for private car or public transport, 15 min walk from Pardes Hana Train Station (40 min from Tel aviv). 10 min lovely walk through woods to city center. 15 min drive to the beautiful nature around and historical sites (Cesarea ruins and Aqueduct beach, the hills and stream of Amikam and Mount Carmel) Plenty of fun things to do around.

Winemaker's Villa in Nature

Winemaker's Villa is close to the beach, family-friendly with the best road and dirt bicycle trails in Israel, as well as hiking trails, natural spring pools and beautiful views. By car we are 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the Train Station and 28 minutes to downtown Tel-Aviv (on the train from Binyamina). It is the perfect place to enjoy a real vacation in nature, do outdoor activities with the family and relax in the garden with a glass of wine. Our unit includes a trampoline.

בימים מתוחים אלו, לשמחתינו אנחנו זוכים כאן, באופן יחסי לשאר הארץ, לשקט בטחוני. חמסההה!!! למעשה מזה ימים ולילות רבים לא היו אזעקות ואנחנו ישנים לילות שלמים. בביתינו הצמוד ישנו מרחב מוגן מרווח ונעים עם גישה נוחה ומהירה. בנוסף היחידה נמצאת על מדרון מאחורי שני קירות תמך ובמפנה דרומי, כך שבפני עצמה היא באיזור מוגן. הישוב מאובטח בסיור ונצפה במצלמות אבטחה. במידה ותחול הסלמה פתאומית באיזור שלנו ספציפית, ינתן החזר מלא גם במסגרת מדיניות הביטולים הרגילה שלנו, עד רגע הביקור עצמו. עם ישראל חי!!

The loft is well equipped and comfortable for a long stay. There are a number of charming seating areas in the garden and on the terrace. Close to beautiful hiking and bicycle trails. A great place for artists and writers.

Netzer Stone House

Studio apartment located above our house, with a private entrance and a private balcony , amazing views of the Netofa Valley. The unit is built of wood and stone, full of light and views from every corner. The place was built by our hand and attention to the little details.
