Trato excelente, muy limpio, excelente localización.

We stayed here for about a week and it was perfect. Well set up to grill a couple nights, and we loved just lounging in the central garden and decks!

O espaço publicado é muito bom! Em frente o mar. O apartamento é excelente, volto com toda certeza. O único ponto a relatar é que não há locais bem próximos para um café, almoçar ou jantar. Tem que caminhar uns 15 minutos. O restaurante do condomínio poderia ser melhor, não deu vontade de comer no restaurante do condomínio.

Melhor local em que já me hospedei pelo AirBNB. Espaço amplo, muito limpo, completo de todos os utensílios, aconchegante. Me senti em casa. Excepcional localização. William é um anfitrião espetacular; cortez, prestativo, proativo, simpático. Certamente voltarei e recomendarei a todos os amigos. Obrigado!

Everything was more than we could have imagined! Staff was super friendly and the place was perfect and relaxing. Perfect walking distance to the downtown strip with shops and everything as well as the beach. Will definitely stay at the villas if we vacation to Venice again!

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Staying at Michael’s place at the Monte Carlo in Miami Beach was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The property was beautiful, and everything about our stay — from arrival to departure — was excellent. Michael’s unit felt like a true oasis where we could relax and enjoy our vacation. The listing was exactly as described: beach access with chairs, umbrellas, and towels was a huge plus. The upper and lower pool decks with plenty of comfortable seating made for perfect lounging. Michael was extremely communicative and helpful throughout. One great perk was being able to work from the building’s lounge for a couple of hours before check-in and after check-out —a big bonus for remote workers. Thoughtful touches like complimentary sunblock, water bottles, cooking supplies, and extra trash bags went a long way. The free valet parking made things easy when we had a rental car, and the staff were always professional and friendly. We’ll absolutely be booking this place again!

Lovely place to stay if you’re visiting Disney. 15 mins drive away from the parks with easy check in and a spacious place to stay with kids. The fireworks are visible from the place as described but they’re so far away we ended up not seeing them like we thought we would.

Gostei!! Mas pderia deixar umas cápsulas de café para usarmos a máquina, como um mimo aos hóspedes, já que o café da manhã em si tomamos fora... Só uma dica!!

Place was convenient to all shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the coded entry. The weather wasn’t great but we enjoyed the pool and hot tub beforehand so that was nice. Place was be try clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The spot is awesome! Relaxing unit and lovely jacuzzi! The kids loved the pools, especially the indoor large pool. Lots of fun swimming. Pay attention to information provided, water park is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Not a problem cause the indoor pool was awesome! Fun time indeed!

Excelente acomodação! Uma ótima localização (ao lado do Conjunto Nacional), perto do Shopping Brasília e Torre da TV. Lugar tranquilo, de fácil acesso e ambiente muito agradável. Estava tudo impecável, com as anfitriãs sempre entrando em contato para saber se estava tudo bem. O flat é muito aconchegante e estava impecável. Até a próxima! 🩵✈️

O apartamento na verdade dá a sensação de ser ainda melhor do que nas fotos ao chegar, pois é muito acolhedor (perfeito na decoração e detalhes). Estava super limpo, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, estacionamento coberto e bem em frente à porta do prédio (fácil e rápido). Fica no primeiro andar, apenas um lance de escadas e meus pais idosos subiram com facilidade. Super recomendo.

I had the opportunity to stay over 3 weeks in the apartment with my wife. Even considering it's a small place, it has plenty space and very well furnished and comfortable. Diana was great from the arriving until the end. Very responsive in everything we asked for. Will certainly be back into her place next time!

Bom custo-benefício

El alojamiento de Raúl coincide perfectamente con las fotografías, la casa es antigua pero se nota que han puesto empeño en adecuarla. Raúl en todo momento atento a nuestra estadía. Tiene una cocina con lo necesario por si deseas cocinar, en nuestro caso íbamos con nuestro hijo y pudimos hacer uso del lavabo para asear sus vasitos, te sientes como en casa. Otros puntos favorables son que tiene cochera cerrada y está a dos cuadras de la basílica. Regresaremos nuevamente a hospedarnos en su alojamiento.

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.
