Kristina’s apartment was charming, every detail carefully thought out, wonderful decor, and every comfort provided. The yard, pool and canal were beautiful, tropical, and private. Kristina was so responsive and helpful, we would love to visit her place again.

KAYAKERS RETREAT~King Bed Sleeps 8~Waterfront

I rented the Kayakers Retreat to enjoy kayaking with my family for my 75 Birthday! We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this spacious and well-equipped home to any large group for fun and relaxation. We all loved the passenger trains when they passed by. The children and adults waved them on their journey. Very easy to use the kayaks and clean life jackets large to infant. My 18 month grandson rode with his Dad with safe well maintained equipment! Would I stay here again? You bet, without hesitation. Thank you Frederic

Serenity and Amazing Views - Home on River w/ Pool

Breathtaking backyard and view. The beds were the most comfortable ones out of all airbnbs I’ve stayed at. I definitely recommend staying here and enjoying the relaxing environment.

Marshside Getaway Near Hanna Park Relax & Unwind

The Marshside Getaway was a wonderful little spot tucked into an older neighborhood surrounded in old growth Live oaks, pines, and cypresses coated in Spanish moss. The marsh view from the private backyard was full of abundant wildlife of all types. Easy to find and easy to access all parts of Jacksonville and surrounding area. The Hanna park was very large and well kept with tons of wildlife. I would recommend this to anyone and re-book in the future. Our kids asked at one point if we could live there! :)

Host was quick to respond. Place was very nice and clean. Lots of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to a family with kids. Lots of activities on the property to do. Easy driving distance to Fernandina Beach and shopping in the Jacksonville area. Not far from Jacksonville airport.

Waterfront Relaxing Creekside Retreat w Boat Dock

We use Airbnb and VRBO a great deal and Tonya’s house while Small is perfect for our needs. It was spotless and clean inside and out. Tonya is very responsive and helpful and very friendly. We felt like family when we met. We will definitely stay here again. The next time we visit our family in Jacksonville. Thank you Tanya.

My friend and I brought in our first Mother’s Day at Paul’s property and it was AMAZING!!! Paul was very nice and helpful, the hot tub was perfect and very private, and we really enjoyed ourselves!!! We can’t wait to book again!

Oceanfront with Included Golf Cart & Kayak

We thoroughly enjoyed this 5th floor private condo. The views were wonderful, space was comfortable and appreciated ability to make some easy meals. Driving around on the golf cart exploring the grounds was the highlight for our 4 year old (along with the many hours spent playing on the beach) make sure to check out the many parks and walking paths - also don’t forget Fro yo at Mellow Yellow. The beach was easy to quickly access and appreciated the chairs, sun shade, cooler and beach toys. The beach had the softest sand, so many shells to find and beautiful sunrises. Outside of Omni - downtown Amelia Island was super cute - our favorite restaurant was Mezcal. Jacksonville Zoo is a must - check out Billy Jacks on the way back, delicious BBQ.

Dani was by far informative, reachable, and friendly when it came to responding and providing between us. The place was by far relaxing and tranquil, we honestly did not know places like this were in Florida. Overall, I would highly recommend Dani and this beautiful home everyday that ends in "y". Absolutely wonderful! The house was exceptionally clean, had plenty of space both indoors and out, and had more than everything we needed. The outdoor space was incredible, with lots of places to enjoy the gorgeous view of the marsh. We loved fishing off of the dock and enjoying the sunrise from the porches and decks. This was the perfect safe, quiet, and peaceful place to stay with the most wonderful hosts.

Jacksonville Lake House with Heated Pool

My family and I visited Jacksonville for a wedding at Epping Forest Yacht Club. Matt's home was the perfect location-only a 6-minute drive to the venue. From booking to check-out, Matt was responsive to our messages to him. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The house was clean, well stocked with all we needed, especially good for families with children-plenty of toys, a high chair, one large and one smaller pack n play. The outdoor space was so nice. We all had a great time in the pool with the little ones. Definitely a place we would consider renting again if we are back in the area.

I ended up staying at Andrews last minute (as the airbnb we originally booked notified us the day of that there was a leak and could no longer host us), and our family could not of made a better decision. This place is a true hidden gem and worth every penny. The pool was well maintained, the area was peacful, the home was spotless (and just as pictured) and the home was well stocked with all or our needs. The host was polite, patient and responsive. We look forward to booking our next trip.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Jessica was super sweet and super friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay there again when we come back in town!

We have visited Amelia Island many times over the years, and this is by far our favorite rental! You can’t beat the location right on a quiet part of the beach and walkable to restaurants. The outdoor deck is so peaceful and is the perfect hang out spot for meals and reading. We made use of the beach chairs and toys. The 2 bedrooms/2 baths were perfect for our family of 4. We’ve already booked our return stay for next year!

This is the perfect spot in Jacksonville - great pool right on the river, so light and beautiful. The bedrooms are very comfortable. Multiple living spaces to chill. This was my second visit and it won't be our last!
