The Old Coach House, Wheatsheaf Mews

Our cottage is situated directly on the Five Pits Trail, which provides miles of trails for walkers, bike and horse riders, there are also fishing ponds 500m along the trail. It's a beautiful character cottage newly renovated to a high standard. It is ideally situated, with Hardwick Hall 5 minutes drive away and the Peak District on our doorstep. Matlock, Crich Tramway Village, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall within half an hour. We also have a hottub for you to relax in at the end of your day.

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

Highfield House - Rural Retreat Derbyshire

We are located close to the Peak District, with Chatsworth House not far away. It is surrounded by Oakerthrope Nature Reserve and is perfect for those wanting to explore Derbyshire. We live next door and there are friendly cats and a dog that live on the property. *please note Hot Tub needs to be booked BY THE GUEST DIRECTLY with ‘Midland Hot Tub Hire’ for price, to arrive at the property the day before arrival to be filled and heated by host. EV charger available payable to owners please.

You may have to share the grounds with our resident heavy horses, the rabbits and the badgers to name a few. Chander Hill Cottage is a stylish 3-bedroom barn conversion nestled above the village of Holymoorside, on the edge of the Peak District. This cosy cottage is a perfect base for exploring the countryside, with numerous walks from the door and two pubs just a mile away in the village. Relax in our hot tub with stunning views or warm up by the wood burning stove after a winter walk. The enclosed cottage garden has a patio where you can enjoy a BBQ in the summer. Dogs welcome!

Our cottage is self contained and attached to our house. The gardens are shared with us but are very spacious. There is a sunken hot tub in the garden. Set in a tranquil Peak District village with local pub, there's a small shop in the pub that's open during pub opening hours. Perfect location for walkers, climbers or cyclists and there are several lovely National Trust houses, including Chatsworth, within easy driving distance. Ashbourne is our local market town.
