Eine sehr schöne, großzügige Villa, ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Garten und einem großen Pool. Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten Anfangs die andere Villa gemietet, leider hatten wir überlesen, dass die Eigentümer direkt unter einem Wohnen und vom Wohnzimmer aus, auf den Pool schauen können. Einer unserer mitreisenden hat große Angst vor Hunden, dieser läuft allerdings frei herum. Die Eigentümer besitzen allerdings noch eine andere Villa direkt unter dem Objekt. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und stellten uns diese zur Verfügung. Großes Lob an Virginia und Ihren Mann!!! Sehr nette Leute, immer aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt genießen.

Giuseppe ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und offene Fragen wurden schnell bearbeitet. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sehr schönen Lage. Der See und diverse Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Geh- oder Fahrminuten entfernt. Die Küchenflächen waren für die Vorbereitungen des Essens für uns 8 Personen ein bisschen zu klein. Jedoch wenn man sich Organisiert ist dies auch kein Problem. Wir können das Haus von Giuseppe sehr weiter empfehlen.

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

Die Unterkunft von Adrian war sehr schön und groß. Wir waren 12 Personen und hatten genug Platz. Wir waren einige Stunden zu früh dort und durften trotzdem schonmal unsere Koffer unterstellen während Adrian das Haus geputzt hat. Das Haus liegt zwar nicht genau in der Stadt aber dafür in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Fußläufig konnte man einige Restaurants erreichen und mit dem Uber/Auto konnte man innerhalb weniger Minuten den nahegelegenen Strand oder die Innenstadt erreichen. Adrian war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, er war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns verschiedene Aktivitäten/Restaurants empfohlen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

We had an incredible time. It was my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. There were 10 of us and this place had plenty of space, is peaceful and so gorgeous. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning tons of thoughtful amenities. We also booked Chef Martin who came to the house and he and his wife made an amazing 3 course meal and cake as a celebration! Only things to watch out for is that the address is slightly different than on airbnb and the wifi has a different password for each floor but once you find the place and get settled, it’s pure joy.

Zeer mooie en propere accomodatie. Inderdaad wel jammer dat er zeer weinig keukengerief aanwezig was, zoals een extra pan (zeker als je met zo'n grote groep in de woning logeert), keukenhanddoeken, sponsjes,..... Ook was er geen poetsgerief aanwezig, zoals een stofzuiger, dweil,...Nadat we de host hadden gecontacteerd, werd dit wel zeer snel in orde gebracht. De host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De woning ligt op wandelafstand van supermarktjes, bakker, groentekraampjes en slager. Ook zeer nabij heb je verschillende eetgelegenheden. Wel even oppassen als je via de host een boot wilt huren. Host heeft niets met deze verhuur te maken. Deze mensen zijn niet betrouwbaar! Ze verhuurden een speedboat die al stuk was, waar water binnenkwam, niet voorruit geraakte, geen reddingsvesten. We werden beschuldigd van het crashen van de boot. Boot uit water gehaald, niets te zien. Bleek dat de pomp al enkele dagen stuk was. Geen geld teruggekregen!

J’ai réservé la villa pour des vacances avec 11 amis. Nous avons été pleinement surpris en arrivant sur place car la villa est extraordinaire et est 1000 fois au dessus de ce que les photos montrent. L’intérieur est confortable, moderne et très optimisé (TOUT le nécessaire pour être comme chez soi se trouve dans la villa !). Il n’y a pas de photos des deux salles de bain sur Airbnb or ces deux salles de bain sont modernes (douche italienne + douche italienne et baignoire dans la 2eme) ce qui est très confortable. Les chambres sont grandes et avec beaucoup de rangements. La villa est très espacée ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son espace. Les balcons et terrasses présents à tous les étages sont un énorme avantage. La piscine et l’espace extérieur sont simplement parfaits ! Le bar extérieur nous a totalement séduit et le jardin est très grand ce qui nous a permis de jouer au spike ball, badminton, volley, ping pong… Un tout grand merci pour ce magnifique séjour ! Beautiful place, private surrounding but require car to go shopping and/or to restaurant or beach. Fantastic views and super kitchen that has everything. Great place for 6-8 people who want to spend time together, cooking and chillin. Lots of areas to hang together or if you want some privacy every now and then. Very friendly and easy check in and check out.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist idyllisch und ruhig, ideal für eine entspannte Auszeit. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, schnell erreichbar und haben uns viele wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a perfect vacation at this beautiful house. Brandon is an excellent host: Very friendly, responsive, helpful and flexible on top. The greeting and the handover on site were both very uncomplicated and flexible. Everything was exactly as described by Brandon and as visible on the pictures he uploaded on AirBNB. I can highly recommend booking this beautiful house. The interior is modern and new and decorated/furnished with a great taste. Everything is there what you will need. The house is situated in a very safe (gated community) and quite neighborhood. On top you will enjoy a beautiful garden and an astonishing view of the bay/sea. Overall, we were able to fully relax and can therefore highly recommend this beautiful house. You won’t regret it!

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum und wirklich hochwertig gebaut und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen im Sommer definitiv für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Meer und die umliegenden Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Einen Supermarkt gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Alles in allem ein super schönes Haus und ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances entre amis (avec enfants) dans cette belle maison ! On parle déjà de revenir l’année prochaine 🥰 La maison est vraiment belle, l’extérieur est immense, la piscine aussi… Merci encore pour tout !!!

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit an diesem Ort. Carine hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und uns dann mit Vorschlägen zu Restaurants, Stränden und Supermärkten versorgt. Das Haus ist ruhig und schön gelegen, mit der Möglichkeit einen schönen Spaziergang über Wanderwege zu gehen. Vor allem mit unserem Hund war dies eine tolle Option. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem, die Einrichtung und die Terrassen waren sehr gemütlich. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Jean-Luc est un super hôte. Il nous a très bien accueilli se rendant disponible plus tôt que prévu. De plus, il nous a très bien conseillé sur les endroits a visiter. La maison est très bien équipée, propre et moderne. Le jardin, bien aménagé, propose différents coins tous très agréables.

This home was a nice and needed respite away from some busy, packed and crowded travel days. We originally had plans to tour the Riviera but ditched them to stay closer to this home and the beaches of Juan les Pins. We rented e-bikes, which made a huge difference in how we could get around. I highly recommend that. This home is fantastic. Plenty of room for the six of us.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Super Villa, Super Woche! Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Dabo und hatten und extra für die etwas entferntere Lage zur nächsten Stadt entschieden. Sehr privat alles, man kann auch mal lauter sein ohne wen zu stören. In direkter nähe sind 2 kleine Strände zu Fuß zu erreichen, an denen auch nicht viel los war (Mitte - Ende September). 2x pro Woche wird der Pool gereinigt. Das Haus selbst war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

We booked this house for the family summer vacation and were really satisfied with it. It’s located in the very nice Montagnette range – a bit remote with only few neighbors, yet everything you need is still in short biking distance. We had a wonderful time and spend many hours by and in the beautiful pool and had relaxed evenings in the indoor and outdoor space. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and quite a bit more. Communication was great at all times. With Avignon and Arles and many small charming villages close by, there is a lot to explore in the area. The area is, of course, great for biking on any level you prefer. A big warm thank you to Gerard and Audrey for offering this nice house for our summer vacation, we really enjoyed it :-)
