Cottage with Pool in the Hills of Nice – Peace, Nature, Sea & Mountain Views Welcome to our 50 m² eco-inspired cottage, nestled in the shade of 50-year-old olive trees on the gentle hills surrounding Nice. A peaceful little haven surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing and recharging while remaining just 15 minutes from the centre of Nice. Originally designed as a holiday retreat for our daughter and her family, this independent cottage is ideally suited to a family of two adults and two children. Here, you will enjoy peace, natural light and a close connection with nature, as well as privileged access to the Mediterranean garden and swimming pool. ☀️ A place designed for holidays… and working remotely Bright throughout the year and equipped with high-speed fibre-optic internet, the cottage is also remote-work friendly. The glass-enclosed conservatory (2 m × 2 m) can easily be transformed into a comfortable workspace or an additional sleeping area. An ideal location for exploring the French Riviera You are just 15 minutes from the heart of Nice, ideally located between Cannes and Monaco. From the cottage, set off to discover the hilltop villages of the hinterland, the trails of Mercantour National Park, or the wild valleys of the Vésubie, Tinée and Cians rivers. In winter, the ski resorts of Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg are all within less than two hours by car, offering easy access to the mountains and snow. The cottage Drive through the entrance gate and park your car safely within the private grounds of the property. An electric vehicle charging point is available at an additional charge of €59 per week. We can also offer, at an additional cost (€35 per week, or a daily rate to be agreed locally), the use of a garage in Nice, in the Russian Church area. Inside, you will find: a fully equipped semi-open kitchen a master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and storage a comfortable bathroom with a large walk-in shower a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed a bright glass-enclosed conservatory that can be used as a home office or additional sleeping space The veranda, opening onto views of the sea and mountains, is the perfect place to enjoy your meals while watching the magnificent sunsets over the Baou de Saint-Jeannet. A second dining area beneath the olive trees allows you to enjoy the coolness of the garden during the summer months. A wood-fired barbecue is available on request, subject to weather conditions and any local regulations or prefectural restrictions in force, particularly in periods of strong winds or increased wildfire risk due to dry conditions. The cottage is air-conditioned and filled with natural light from morning until evening, making it a pleasant place to stay in every season. 🏊 Pool & outdoor spaces The saltwater swimming pool (4.45 m × 2.70 m, 1.40 m deep) is secured by a French-standard-compliant electric safety cover. It opens onto a large natural-wood terrace equipped with sun loungers, cushions and a parasol — the perfect setting for relaxing, reading or simply enjoying the sunshine in peaceful surroundings. Amenities Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine is also available for your use. Good to know As is often the case in the hills around Nice, nature is very much part of the environment and the surroundings are generally peaceful and quiet. Outdoors, you may occasionally hear the soft background hum of the motorway, located approximately 1 km away as the crow flies. Our home is an eco-conscious retreat, combining modern comfort with living nature. It is a place to slow down, write, read, rest, or simply enjoy the moment. Charming village house St Jeannet (30 m from Nice)

"Maison des Oliviers" is a charming, authentic village house, with a private garden and parking right outside. The house has 2 bedrooms, an open mezzanine (with a double bed), kitchen/dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and 2 bathrooms. The garden is idyllic with grape vines, a quiet dining area with barbecue, and a beautiful olive tree in the middle. (Parkingplace outside) The house is located in the heart of the charming old village in Saint Jeannet, just 30 min from Nice airport.

Maison Elena, historical Village Cottage old town

Newly refurbished charming village house with private courtyard in the heart of Roquebrune old town, decorated by a local architect to upgrade amenities but preserve its historical characteristics. The house is totally independent, with just a 7 min drive from Monaco, 3 min to the beaches and 5 min to Menton and the Italian border. Beware Roquebrune village is a medieval town totally pedestrian, in order to reach the house there are steps on the way so not suitable to limited mobility guests.

Situé à proximité de toutes les commodités, à 10 mn du centre-ville de Grasse, 20 mn de Cannes et 20 mn du Lac St Cassien....l'accès à l'autoroute est également à 10 mn pour visiter la Côte d'Azur.....

Notre cottage de 75m2 est situé au pied du village provençal de Mougins (15min à pieds), dans un quartier résidentiel proche de toutes commodités (commerces, restaurants, bus), du parc départemental la Valmasque, de plusieurs golfs. Il se compose de 2 chambres, d'une SDB, d'un grand salon, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une grande terrasse avec barbecue Weber et parking gratuit. Proche Sophia Antipolis, Cannes (6km) Accès direct à Nice (30km) et Monaco (50km) par A8.

Agréable villa lumineuse sur les hauteurs de Capitou avec vue mer sur les iles de Lérins, piscine (7*3), et à 6km des plages. 3 chambres climatisées avec salle de bain wc, téléviseurs et exposées côté piscine et vue mer. La cuisine entièrement équipée, la salle à manger et le séjour sont aussi exposés vers la terrasse côté piscine. Une grande salle avec canapé, téléviseur et bureau sera aussi appréciée des vacanciers. Frais de services payables à l’arrivée 150€.

La BERGERIE

La Bergerie vous propose 35 M² plus salon de jardin. Il y a deux locations identiques sur site qui vous sont proposées. La piscine est au milieu des oliviers centenaires se situe sur une petite colline isolée et offre une vue sur la vallée, elle est à partager. Nous acceptons les compagnons à 4 pattes (hors piscine), en principe, avec une petite majoration. ATTENTION cette location est fumeur
