Complemented by a green roof, this design significantly reduces the need for air conditioning, keeping the interior 5-6°C cooler than a conventional house. Many of the materials used in the villa's construction have been sourced directly from the land itself, including locally quarried stone and native flora, along with high-quality natural elements such as marble and wood. Vraskos villa - free heated pool for low season

The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. A small pebble beach can be reached following a wild, stony path. In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests.
