Это прекрасная, хорошо обустроенная, уютная квартира со множеством приятных деталей, в которой чувствуешь себя как дома. Расположение дома центральное со всеми удобствами. Мадина – одна из лучших хостов из всех, с кем мне доводилось общаться: она всегда была на связи, помогая решать любые вопросы, связанные с пребыванием. В этой поездке была доброжелательная, приятная атмосфера во всех смыслах, и я рад, что смог погостить в этом доме несколько дней ;) спасибо огромное!

Nurlan was a great host & responded very quickly to all our queries to not only regarding stay but also on the local recommendations. The stay was precisely as described in the listing & was maintained very well. The Apartment is centrally located with many main attractions within a walkable distance. We enjoyed our time at the Apartment.

All of the mentioned descriptions are real. The location of the Apartment is great and accessible to metro, while also to restaurants. In addition, the great view to the city is astonishing in nights. Irina was responsive.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The apartment was a great combination of style and comfort - spotlessly clean linens and a fresh style. From the well-equipped kitchen to the bedding - every detail was truly thought of. The location was perfect for easy access to local attractions and amenities. Everything was within walking distance. The hospitality of the host Madina was exceptional; her responsiveness and warmth were pleasant, such a personal touch I have never experienced before. She went above and beyond to make me feel at home, offering valuable insights into the city and recommendations. This Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and coziness, as well as modern style and warm hospitality. I will be happy to return and enjoy another such comfortable stay.

I liked place 👍 Self check-in was super easy 🔐 The view and other stuff was like in photo from the host 💯 Asem was very communicable and friendly, all question's was asnweared within a 10 minutes ✅ Problem's was only with location and towels: - location, around 500m of house city have a problem with lights, some paths just doesn't have it 🔦 - towels, probably because of water quality in city, it's smells bad 😢 (we'w tried to wash him, it doesn't help) Overall it's great options with good balcony view ☺️♥️

Stayed 6 days. Was a great host! Responded very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs/request. Our favorite part every morning is the view of the mountains and at night the beautiful lights of Almaty tower. We had fun. It’s literally the real home away from home. Until next time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful stay at Anna’s apartment! The place was very clean, in a fantastic location — easily walkable to most tourist attractions, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The highlight was definitely the balcony with its unbeatable view of the mountains. Anna was also kind enough to offer me a late check-out, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Designer apartment with a/c in the BEST location.

Dmitri’s place is the perfect case in Almaty. It was clean, tidy and good value. Dmitri was the perfect host allowing us to be flexible with check in and checking to ensure we had arrived and accessed the property ok. The property is in a busy location with lots to do and see nearby, though it is set back from the main roads and is very quiet. We were in Almaty mainly for skiing and this is the perfect location to access Shymbulak. Not too much traffic and hassle free using app bookable taxis.

Yuliya is an incredible host. Yuliya and her colleague, Dima, both of them proactively communicated with me and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The place is in a very quiet and a very beautiful neighbourhood. The apartment is very close to supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies, bus stops and a kebab place which we loved. The kitchen is well equipped and came in very handy during our stay. I'd prefer and would love to stay at this place again if I get a chance to revisit Almaty. 10/10.

Had great time staying at Zamira’s place. Flat was sparkling clean with all essentials in order. Felt just like home. Aura more than any Hotel. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Almaty. Willing to visit the same flat in next trip to Almaty. Thanks Zamira for everything.

Its my first time in alamty and kazakhstan. As expected Max was beyond all the magnificent words can testified in a review. Travelling half globe away, with all the experience i had with Max right from the day i arrived at 4:00 AM in the morning till the day departed from Almaty, i can say we found a lovely brotherhood moments and great friendships for years to come. 👏Bravo brother Max !✨👌🍻. The 1 BHK apartment is located on the 13th floor of a modern and good looking building complex right above the Nedelka Cafe, which is in the heart of Almaty. The apartment is exactly as described by the host. Beautiful views of the city and the mountains greeted us from the windows. It also has a fast elevator/lift. Many supermarkets and eateries are within walking distance. The host is responsive and accommodating. She provided us with a can of drinking water when we arrived at 1 AM! They even have a portable bidet. A few more glasses would be a nice addition. Overall we would love to come back.

The place is as per the pictures and everyone of my family loved it.. Its very close to many restaurants and definitely would recommend it... Only drawback is... There is no option of drinking water, we need to buy from supermarkets... But just 250m from apartment found a water dispensary setup by govt I think.. Which can be used to refill if you have an empty can cheaply lie 75T for 5lts of water

My family had a very restful stay! We especially enjoyed the incredible view and watching the sunrise over the city and the Tian Shan Mtns from the 13th floor! There are a few great cafes and a large grocery store in the same block!

We stayed for 8 days at Kate's house with husband and 3-year-old son, and we highly recommend it! The house is modern and comfortable. There are restaurants, cafes for coffee, and a mini market just around the corner. It’s easy to get a taxi, and you can also take a bus within walking distance. Everything was great!

Мы с подругой остановились в квартире Максима на неделю и хотели бы выразить большую благодарность за чистоту, уют, приятный интерьер и функциональность квартиры. Нам было комфортно и отдыхать (тихо) и работать (быстрый бесперебойный интернет). Квартира находится в прекрасном районе, неподалеку, в пешей доступности, располагается Ботанический сад неописуемой красоты, всевозможные магазины, хорошие ресторанчики и кафе. Например, буквально в двух шагах располагается кафе Vivienne, где работают приятные ребята, которые вкусно варят кофе :) Мы ходили к ним завтракать, завтраки и десерты были прекрасны. Максим всегда на связи и готов помочь, если возникают вопросы. Всё было замечательно!

The unit is in a Khrushchev building which is still very common in Almaty. But the location is very good and most importantly the unit itself is well refurbished and cleaned. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay at Almaty...location is extremely convensational for tourists like us , who are unknown to the place. Very helpful Host. A 24/7 supermarket right under the Apartments, is the best part of it. The stay is on the 2nd floor and host Timur helped us a lot in carrying our luggages through steps, as there are no lifts.
