Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Haus in der Nähe von Sevilla. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Es war alles blitzesauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Check-In lief ganz einfach über einen Code, den wir im Vorfeld erhalten haben und alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung ca. 11 km von Sevilla entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist die Stadt problemlos zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht benutzt. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann, ebenfalls sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es war leider zu kalt aber der vorhandene Pool lädt im Sommer zum verweilen ein und der Sitzbereich auf dem Dach ist einfach ein Traum. Diesen konnten wir ausgiebig nutzen und haben es geliebt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir bedanken uns recht herzlich, dass wir dieses Haus mieten konnten.

Reservamos,a última hora,y fue súper rápido,servicial y amable,dándonos flexibilidad,con la hora de salida. El apartamento,genial, muy cerca de la zona de copas y de todo lo que,hay que ver,en Sanlúcar. Totalmente aconsejable,fuimos en familia y mis hijos y mi mujer encantados. Si volvemos,a esta zona,volveremos al apartamento. Reseñable,garaje a 15 m del apartamento. Todas las comodidades,de una casa. Tranquilo,silencioso, increíble en pocas palabras. Travel to Spain regularly to over-winter and work remotely. The house was absolutely fine and well equipped. Warm, comfortable and modern. The rest is quite personal but the location is a little strange with lots of unfinished plots and quite difficult roads into Sanlucar. Tried walking a couple of times to avoid damaging my alloy wheels, but it’s about 45-60 minutes one way. Fine in good weather but turned out to be quite changeable with lots of cloud and showers during my stay. But with that explained—it could be totally different in the summer. The host was extremely helpful throughout the stay and very responsive to any issues. Ali in all, would go again if available in the winter.

Isabel es una anfitriona perfecta. Nos dejó detalles a nuestra llegada que valoramos mucho. La casa un espacio de paz, tranquilidad con decoración antigua que le da personalidad y calidez. Duque es un amor, te recibe con un baile cada mañana al verte jajaja. Repetiremos din duda. Gracias por todo ☺️

Un angolo di paradiso ad una trentina di minuti di auto da Siviglia. Silenzio assoluto, si sente solo il suono delle foglie al vento intervallato dal canto degli uccelli. Splendida piscina a jacuzzi per rilassarsi in mezzo al verde. Colazioni e cene indimenticabili con vista sulla vallata. Bellissima la cucina con isola, fornita di tutto il necessario. Iper gentile la host, risponde sempre positivamente in pochi secondi (non è un'iperbole)

Casa grande y tranquila, con todos los servicios y fácil aparcamiento. Ideal para un viaje a Sevilla. María Rosa siempre estaba pendiente y nos ayudó. Muchas gracias.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

L’alloggio è comodo, molto pulito e fornitissimo sia in cucina che in bagno. Ottima la posizione: il centro si può raggiungere a piedi in circa 30 minuti (il quartiere offre comunque molto) ma praticamente davanti all’appartamento ci sono le fermate di diversi autobus, con cui raggiungere centro, stazione e aeroporto. Pablo è stato un ospite molto accogliente: ci ha lasciato orari flessibili per check-in e out; inoltre, ci ha dato consigli davvero preziosi per vivere Siviglia. Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Me and my boyfriend went to Seville for our anniversary and we had an amazing time at Pablos place! It was close to everything we were looking for - restaurants, sightseeing, supermarkets and pharmacies, it was near the centre of the city. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the kitchen area was spacious and cozy. We really liked the apartment!

Nos encantó el departamento de Leonor, es hermoso con todo necesario , estaba impecable y muy bien ubicado. Leonor respondió siempre rápidamente y fue muy fácil la comunicación, lamentamos no habernos podido quedarnos más días para disfrutar.

Excellent séjour, Hôte très sympa et logement super chouette. A proximité du centre, de la rue Betis (excellents restaurants) et très sympa le soir. Nous avons très apprécié le service de bagagerie au logement à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons le logement de José Pedro +++.

A small, clean well-located flat with everything you need. Maria the owner is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The location of the apartment is exceptional; we remarked several times how convenient it was to all the sites, without feeling too touristy. It was also perfect for a family with young children. It's a 90 second walk away from a plaza with a great playground and delicious restaurants all around it. And they had a huge selection of toys and books for all ages and languages in the apartment. The communication was prompt, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have selected this place without being aware how awesome it is to be honest. I’ll start by location - this neighbourhood is a gem, it’s not too far from central Sevilla and all the attractions, but it’s secluded from noise and crowd. We stayed 4 nights and never used any transportation as the apartment was pretty walkable from anywhere. My main concern was the noise as we stayed during Feria where entire city is party mode, but the apartment has a great sound and light proofing so it’s excellent choice for light sleepers. The apartment has everything you need ( an iron is definitely nice touch ) and it is spotless clean. There are cute coffee shops and tapas bars nearby, it was 10/10 stay for us. Thank you Salud for keeping this place perfect.

Nous avons passé une semaine au top dans l’appartement de Maria. Celui-ci est conforme aux photos et est vraiment complet, on s’y sent comme à la maison. La literie est de qualité et la décoration est soignée. La situation est idéale, à 10min des endroits remarquables. Avec nos deux filles de 8 et 6 ans nous avons fait les 4 coins de la ville. Maria prend soin de ses hôtes du début à la fin, donne toutes les indications nécessaires pour passer un bon voyage dans Séville et prête à rendre service à n’importe quel moment. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ! Merci Maria

We visited Seville in Semana Santa, a week full of emotions and beauty. Although seville was busy during the week, our stay offered a safe and quiet place to get to after a busy day. Its spot on in the centre of seville and totally worth going to. Barbara is a really great host, super responsive and helpful always ready to ehlp in whatever way she can. Our stay here was wonderful - it is a great location to be able to explore the city, while also being in a smaller neighborhood. Teresa provided recommendations of the area, and was responsive whenever we needed something or had a question.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a nice area (Triana), just across the bridge from the Seville city Centre. Located on a lively street, it was still quiet and private. The apartment was very well appointed, with lots of handy things for travelers. Clearly everything was put together with a lot of care.

Carmen’s Airbnb was centrally located in an extremely walkable area with so many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The apartment is comfortable, extremely clean and has everything one may need. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Seville.

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Sevilla! The flat was a great layout for my sister-in-law and my daughter and me. The apartment was well-stocked and we enjoyed many meals on the terrace (the star of the show!). The bells from the church are charming, but can be quite startling if you’re relaxing on the terrace and not expecting them (we eventually knew to prepare for them, including the calls to evening mass: 60+1 at 7:30, 60+2 at 7:45, and 60+3 at 8:00). It was worth it for that beautiful view! The location was great. We walked everywhere including the Triana and Feria Markets and all around the Alameda and Las Setas areas. It’s feels like a more local neighborhood with tapas bars (which is what we wanted) instead of the areas that cater to tourists. It’s a lovely place and we highly recommend it!
