Home is located near Aliante Casino in a quiet, gated community. A 2-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms upstairs. Attached garage for personal parking. Wi-Fi throughout the house gives access to streaming services. Central heat and AC. Neighborhood is very quiet at night. Quiet hours enforced

You also have access to one parking spot in the driveway under a covered patio

It is a one bedroom apartment with your own private entrance, bedroom, private bathroom with a shower, washer and dryer, small kitchenette, TVs in the living room and bedroom, a convertible queen sofa bed, and free parking. This home is located in a great area in the northwest of Las Vegas. It is just 15 minutes to the strip, 10 to the speedway, 5 from restaurants and shopping.
