Unsere wunderschöne kleine Finca am Rande des Ortes Algaida, befindet sich auf einem knapp 2000 m² großen Grundstück. Neben Feigenbäumen, Agave und Palmen gibt es hier auch Orangen-, Aprikosen- und Pflaumenbäume, Ohrenkakteen mit Kaktusfeigen und ein Mandelbaum darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen! Der Pool mit Sonnendeck misst 6m x 4m. Tolle Holzgartenmöbel, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage und Gasgrill - alles da! Charming artist patio house- Can Tòfol de Pina

Located in the rural inland setting of the Pla de Mallorca, and far from any tourist center. The house and patio have been carefully restored to recreate the original architecture, and provide an ideal location from which to explore rural Mallorca. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with wood-burning stove; and separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dressing room. The main bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.
