Situated in the shadow of the South Downs National Park on a small rural road with hardly any neighbours our charming cottage is a great place from which to explore the unspoiled open countryside and its many footpaths around us. The nearest street light is two miles away. Owls, deer and the occasional nightingale are the only sounds in the middle of the night The cottage décor is fresh and modern with plenty of parking and a small decking area. It has its own pathway along the side of the owner's house, and is completely self contained and private. However, hosts are nearby at the top of the garden if needed. Beautiful views of the South Downs are visible from The Lodge. It's the perfect place from which to explore Eastbourne and the surrounding area.

You’ll love my place because of decor, ambiance and local feel. My peaceful home is great for couples, Brighton explorers and business travellers. It's not for party people. Parking permits on request for a small fee in zone V (and there is free parking at the weekend in Zone S).
