Home from home in Crouch End

Recently refurbished one-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Crouch End in a lovely Victorian house on a very quiet, beautiful tree lined street. Easy public transport access into centre of London, Muswell Hill, Alexander Palace, Islington, East London etc PLEASE NOTE: PARKING IS ON STREET AND REQUIRES VISITOR PARKING PERMITS (available on request for a small additional cost). THERE IS CURRENTLY A BUILDING PROJECT HAPPENING BEHIND THE FLAT WHICH CREATES LOW LEVEL NOISE DURING THE DAY

Ground floor one bed flat in Edwardian house in crouch end / Muswell Hill , gloriously leafy area of London next to Alexander Park and Palace Shops and cafe 2 mins walk and Muswell Hill nearby. Cinemas abound both places as do Restraurants . Highgate /Hampstead close by. Accommodation is reception room with dining area , kitchenette. Double bedroom. Sofa Bed. Sky tv, Netflix provided Note. The entire house is NOT FOR RENT ONLY THE GROUND FLOOR THROUGH ROOM LEADING TO BATHROOM & KITCHENETTE

Located in the beautiful Notting Hill. The property has just been renovated to the highest of standards. You will be close to the famous Portobello Road and Westbourne Grove with an abundance of trendy cafe's and restaurants like Granger & Co. The apartment has underfloor heating so you will be comfortable durning the winter and a beautiful balcony to enjoy a coffee in the spring & summer. Luxury high end flat.

Immaculate maisonette, set on the first floor of a beautiful house with its own main entrance and stairway, leading up to a stunning open plan kitchen and balcony. You won't find anything quite like this! A spacious living room includes an HDTV and grand piano. The luxurious bathroom has a rainfall shower and bath. And the boutique master bedroom enjoys large "his and hers" wardrobe space. The perfect spot for a couple. And the living room can be used for an extra guest upon request.
