This was our 2nd year to stay at this property and it’s still the best property we’ve booked to date and we stay at Airbnb’s all across the US. Mr. George communicates clearly and rapidly with any questions and I’d assume with requests as well however we’ve not had to make any because this place has everything.

We were in town for the Nationals Bowling tournament and needed to find a home big enough for 20 of us (18 adults & 2 children). This place was PERFECT. There was so much space and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The two kitchens were a huge plus as we used both refrigerators! We cooked in the main kitchen and there was ample amounts of cooking supplies and containers for left overs! Top notch appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) which was very nice to use. We all loved the movie room as we spent most of our time there together! The game room was also nice, but the pool table needs to be fixed as the rails are broken. We ran into a few issues, but Genika was very responsive and got it resolved in a few hours! Only real negative on the trip was some rooms were so very hot and some were cold, couldn’t get the AC to flow evenly through home. Highly recommend staying here with a large group, you’ll enjoy it as we all did. Everyone was very impressed with the home

The house when we arrived there was extremely clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the location was close to restaurants and entertainment. The only complaint would be that there were no TVs in the bedrooms, except the master bedroom (ultimately not the biggest deal). Would rent again.

Second time staying here and both times were perfect. We loved walking the beach the most. Everything needed is provided plus more. The house is clean and comfy.

Sleepy lagoon was the perfect place for our vacation! It was close to so many good restaurants and was so relaxing. We enjoyed fishing the pond and walking to the river. The home was clean and comfortable!

thanks a ton for accommodating our group at the last minute. pour place was just what we needed. clean, cheaper than multiple rooms and close to the strawberry festival. hope to visit again

Very beautiful home, responsive, flexible with our check-in, even left us snacks to enjoy during our stay. Great host and would stay there again!

The home was absolutely beautiful! We were there on a bowling trip and there was 8 adults and we were all very comfortable. The pool was beautiful and clean! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Baton Rouge!
