Skip the lights tour, enjoy them from a Hot Tub!

I spent over two years looking for the best place to have an Airbnb in the area, and this was the winning spot! It is less than 20 minutes from the airport. You are in a quiet, peaceful place with over 40 acres of trees and wildlife around. The home is on Murphy Dome which is the best point to see the lights and you can easily see the lights from the comfort of this comfy vacation home. Hunting, fishing, hiking...all walking distance! My car is available for rent as well if you need transport.

Downtown Portside Hideaway

This newly renovated cottage is in a downtown setting yet out of the bustle of busy city streets. It has a great view of the inlet and port, ands sits above the railyard. The bedroom has a KING size cool foam mattress and full bathroom with shower. On chilly nights enjoy an electric fireplace while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The large backyard has a deck with table and chairs, as well as a firepit. There is a desk to work at and high-speed wifi internet, plus a free parking space.

Sunshine Cottage

Our cottage is nestled in a quiet wooded area with a beautiful lake just 40 yards away. Downtown Talkeetna with its restaurants, activities, and shopping is just 10 minutes drive .Relax and enjoy our modern cottage with 1 king size bed , Alaska theme decor , small fridge , Tv dvd movies only, Keurig coffee Coffee .There is so much to do in Talkeetna , most popular activities are Denali or McKinley Scenic, ATV's ,Fishing , Hiking, Zip lines . Not lake front , you’ll have to walk to the lake.

Glacier Chalet Guest House - 2 Bedrooms, 670sf

Custom, modern, cozy and newly constructed, (670sq feet) is nestled amongst trees, behind our home, with a wonderful mountain view in the heart of Wasilla.. Fully furnished and ready for a stay home away from home. Chalet has radiant infloor heat for warm toes. Located 2 miles from Walmart in a wonderful subdivision located on the bluff side of Fairview Loop. We know visiting Alaska is about visiting ALASKA and not the house you stay in, but we hope this house makes your trip extra loved.

Cute cottage+hot tub

Cute cottage , 1.5 miles from kenai river and 2 miles from Centenial park,one mile from grocery store,,. Fully furnished ,freezer and fridge, Wifi ,TV, Outdoor hot tub. Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,blue tooth sound system. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

We aren’t fancy but we are the real Alaskan deal! Charming, tidy artist’s cottage nestled in rustic woods, close to town, minutes to world class Aurora viewing and a gateway to Denali. One bedroom, loft, bath, kitchen, living room, deck, shared garden/barbecue area, and surrounding forest. Relaxing, rugged off-grid atmosphere...an Alaskan home away from home! Check out Vicki’s Art studio with original paintings, prints and gifts...a short path through the woods.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

Shorebird Cottage is located on Kachemak Drive and managed by Baycrest Lodge. You may be fortunate enough to meet the owners, Ken & Wilma, who live right next door. The cottage is hidden gem! To get there you weave through a typical Alaskan, mixed use property....boat shop....broken down vehicle....and then you enter the property Shorebird Cottage is perched on and you'll be thankful for the road that brought you there!

Coffee House Cottage

Adorable cottage in the back yard of the local historic coffee house. This custom tiny home was built to take in the grand, south-facing views. Our cottage is in the perfect location in downtown Seward, but it's also privately situated in the backyard and is protected from tourist traffic. Every detail has been considered when putting together this artistic space, and we're excited to share it with you!
